I love the staff there.

Only issue I had was with Booking.com. Rep totally messed my reservation up bad! I drove down 1 day early and rep stated he will combine both nights with a rate around $180 which I come to find out I was charged for "1" NIGHT. I found this out when I inquired about adding 2 more additional nights at the location but was told I was scheduled for checkout at 12PM Sunday! Been on the phone with many different reps and come to find out the booking was under two 3rd party booking agency for that Sunday. If the Booking agent wouldn't have told me I had the room for Saturday and Sunday for the above amount price I wouldn't be here writing this negative response.

Breakfast was great but it could have started a little earlier for travelers. Clean and comfortable.

We found the lady at the front desk upon arrival was unfriendly, looked like she didn’t want to be there. In the morning we were waiting to get breakfast, a different lady who was helping set it up was Shacking her head as I filled up my coffee mug in the entry way as if I shouldn’t be. It appeared from the look on her face and the continued shacking her head back and forth that we were rushing her. When 7am came and a few people started walking in, again the look and head motion started. I looked at her and said are we not allowed in yet. She said yes, so I replied, by your reaction and head shacking I thought maybe not. It surprised her and she said she had a stiff neck but that didn’t explain her body language.

Easy access, good parking, quiet on the back side of the building.The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was good.

Had one roach show up in the bathroom the first night, never saw another one after that. When informed (they asked how the stay was going, so I told them) and right away the staff apologized and offered to move us to another room, and theyhad the room treated the next day.

I DIDNT GET A CHANCE TO GET THE BREAKFAST BUT THE AREA FOR BREAKFEST LOOKED NICE AND CLEAN.

NEXT TIME I WILL GET A TOP FLOOR I COULD HEAR THE PERSON WALKING AROUNG FROM AS EARLY AS 6:30. HALLWAY SMEELED MOLDY BUT IT WAS ALSO RAINING FROM THE STORE AND I COULD SEE THAT BEING PART OF THE ISSUE. ITS A RIGH BY THE MALL AND SHEETZ WE TOOK A UBER TO DOWNTOWN DIDNT WAIT LONG AT ALL ABOUT 8 MIN AWAY FROM THE BARS AND RESTURANTS A GREAT NIGHT OUT WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THIS PLACE IS PET FRIENDLY ILL REMEMBER THAT NEXT TIME.

Nice room, very clean

The staff needs better customer service training. Needed to ask a question and was completely ignored for several minutes while two staff members appeared to be working on possibly a computer problem. Instead of acknowledging us and at saying they would be with us in a moment we ignored. I have never received this type of treatment at any of your other facilities.

Everything was wonderful, and the pillows were so comfortable that I asked the desk clerk to see if she could track down the name of the company for me. She did, I ordered some for my home, and now I have the most comfortable pillows on my own bed. Breakfast was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful, and this location is remarkably quiet considering that it is also quite close to shopping, restaurants and anything else you might need. Also a remarkable value for the price.

Staff Friendly and Helpful... Clean Hotel.. Breakfast was OK but can't wait until they get back to their regular cooked breakfast !! :-) We had stayed there before Covid and the breakfast was Fantastic!! They would cook the food..... They did their best with hot sandwiches during covid restrictions but sometimes the bread would be wet from the steam table... I will give them an "A" for effort since it was a hard time for all hotels to provide their higher standards... We did enjoy our stay there and the location is great ... We will stay there again!!

Wish there would be lower pet fees... or no pet fees... especially for us return customers and they know our pets were not a problem...

The hotel is clean, well located next to the highway, and our room was well stocked with all amenities. Check-in was effortless and pleasant. The desk clerk was friendly and very helpful (giving us great advice for order-in pizza). Breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold items, which we were told to take back to our room. This worked well for us. I highly recommend this hotel. It was our favourite stop of our long road trip to Florida and back.

The Booking.com website did not make it clear that ALL of the rooms in this hotel were non-smoking. As a result, we booked an "Accessible" room on Booking.com, which we did not need, as it was the only room that was listed as non-smoking. NOTE: ALL of the hotel is non-smoking. This was a problem with Booking.com, not with the hotel.

Staff was very welcoming, they had a text system that checked on you during your stay which I thought was a plus. Also, the location was great. Gas station in walking distance, lots of food choices within 5 miles.

My only concern was a little bit of noise getting in and out of the shower similar to moving around on old floors, made me a little nervous. No other complaints!
