Residence Inn Frederick

We stayed for a wedding. The rooms were quite spacious and very nice. I was surpised to find a stove, dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We literally did not want to leave. It reminded us of a small apartment. Staff was great and very kind. Checking in and out was super easy. Oh and the mobile key was sooo cool! We live in the area so it was quite convient, and the shopping center had everything we needed. Will definately stay again!

The rooms and hallways were very cold, even when changing the thermosat but nothing you couldn't manage. Also first turning on the water the sink water was almost brown, but once we let it run for a minute, it was normal. Honestly there wasn't anything we didnt like, it was little things that could easily be fixed.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean.

We got into our room and got settled and went and got something to eat. When we came back we opened up the sofa bed and it was broken. I do not know how they did not know this. We had to change rooms I requested they put us in a room with 2 beds rather then taking a chance on another bad sofa bed. They said we would get the discount for the inconvenience of having to move everything to another room. I do not think the price of 663.00 was a discount.

Very clean and staff was very friendly

Refrigerator was pretty noisy. Also, hotel has indoor swimming pool. Noticed the first night we were there a car with 2 adults and 5 kids pulled up and met someone that was apparently staying at the hotel. They left everyone in a side door that goes to the pool and they all swam for hours then they left. Same thing happened the second night but it was different people. I think the pool area should be more secure and it’s use should be limited to guests only

The facilities and location.

The rooms and bathrooms were NOT clean. The bathroom floors were dirty and one of the rooms did not have clean towels. The towels had dirt on them and needed to be replaced. There was also debris on one of the bed spreads.

Property was located in a great Spot! Close to food places and no traffic in or around the area which is great! Hotel and rooms super clean, staff super friendly at both check in and check out! Overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Pet friendly as well! Very nice for those who travel with pets.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good access to shopping and main roads, while still being very quiet. A nice exercise room and outside sitting area.

The halls were freezing--over air-conditioned.

I stayed here for my 19th birthday, and when my friend came to Frederick to visit, and it was great both times.

I was told the 18+ policy has been changed, not sure if this is true or not but this would be a bummer if I need to take my business elsewhere.

Everything was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Relaxing music was playing for us as we entered the room. Kitchen was full with cooking tools. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

I liked everything.

Welcoming staff & comfortable large rooms. Loved having access to a kitchen and liked that the windows could be opened for fresh air!

Found a moldy piece of food under the edge of the sectional, when moved. Mirrored closet doors off track.
