Super 8 by Wyndham Frederick

I liked the bed. Breakfast was a grab bag and I didn't like that. It was clean. I had to wait to check in when I checked in. I feel it should be at least 2 people working at all times as I was exhausted from work.

You could had a hot breakfast because some of what was in the bag I don't eat or drink. Lack of choices for us customers.

The location was only one mile from downtown Frederick. The room was immaculate. All new furniture, decor, totally new bathroom. Most of all, Beth was a wonderful, warm, friendly greeter and most accommodating host at your hotel. I shall return and highly recommend your hotel to my friends and family.

The elevator! It’s a relic and needs replacement.

The price was reasonable.

Scent that is sprayed throughout is strong. No bathroom to use while not in the room. I wanted to go one last time before our 6hr drive, but had already checked out and had to stop at a gas station.Air was not on when we got there and room was extremely hot.

It's a very good property to stay for your family trip or business trip. Every thing (room, breakfast, clean...) are very good - exceed my expectation for the price. The friendly front desk (receptionist) impressed me too.

The elevator is too old to service customers if the property welcome more people to stay and return to stay.

The staff was responsible, respectful. The room was clean, well kept, the room had a nice fresh light scent.

The elevator was broken. That’s a major flaw, I will have given the facility a 10/10 for the comfort, price and location. Unfortunately as a traveler with a luggage climbing 4 flights it’s inconvenient. Another issue I didn’t feel comfortable is the signing three sheet. In my frequent travels never encounter this process it’s usually one sheet and credentials. If you book a non smoking room the contract should be valid for it, along with if you have no pets why initial by a fee. This practice it’s unusual, never had another hotel done this process. This process seem suspicious, I was tired from the trip and took the room, once in the room I did appreciate the cleanliness and comfort.

very dog friendly. smelled good!!! even he ad dog treats in vending machine!!! Beth was exceptional!!!! very helpful and pleasant. also, loved the breakfast bags. a lot in them.

entrance was a little tricky! not enough parking , especially handicapped spaces.

Super clean the morning front desk staff was outstanding. She even gave me good recommendations for places to visit in the area. The hot tub was AWESOME

The lights that came on once it got dark were extremely bright. I would suggest black-out curtains.

the breakfast situation. currently they had bags to provide due to COVID and their BOLI’s pizza specials were not up to date.

price was reasonable and location was okay.

There was some strange people walking about which made us a little nervous but seems everything was okay in morning. No breakfast in the morning and coffee was cold in reception area.
