The care and attention if the front desk staff, including Lincoln, and Josie made the business of checking into an unknown place non threatening. Josie made me feel as if I was the only guest that she was responsible for while juggling multiple requests. Her dining recommendations were spot on. At the bar, Maleia made me feel welcome, and immediately assisted me when I informed her of my food allergies. She was wonderful.

The process of meal prep was challenging. For dinner, the bartender was forced to juggle two roles effectively.

From the time we arrived until we left we had a wonderful time! The breakfast offered was good. Our room was clean. The service was exceptional. No matter what we asked, we were addressed with kindness and respect.

N/A… We loved our stay. I will stay here again. I didn’t face one issue during our stay. This hotel will be where we stay when we return. I am impressed with the quality of service that was provided during our stay.

The location. It's a very nice and clean hotel.

Didn't like that you had to pay for your breakfast everyday. I feel like for as much as you pay for the room it should be included. Some of the front desk staff were MIA during the stay. So it took a while to find someone. When they were there the line was so long you didn't want to wait to speak with someone.

I booked a premium room and walked into a regular king because I didn't kno they had a sister hotel which was HOMEWOOD SUITES and they used the same pics. I was told only HOMEWOOD suites have the big rooms. But how could i kno that? I booked from the pic i was shown online! I was very upset but it was my bday weekend so I didn't let it ruin my stay but I definitely kno for next time

there is not a clean the room, make the bed and fresh towel service without contacting the front desk, requesting this service. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not provide this service without asking fir it.

Huge room with proper room facilities (though no kettle for tea but you could go down and get tea from the lobby in the morning till a set time). Nice lobby to sit and hang out in. Handy snacks and drinks for purchase in the lobby.

Breakfast options looked pathetic.

Breakfast was really good!!! I was surprised at the quality of the food and the offering.

I think the hotel decor could use updating and refreshing. There were spots in the carpet and the style was outdated.

Comfy bed and clean rooms

The initial staff who checked me in was very unfriendly and not helpful. Evidently I needed to check in online and I had not been able to do that due to traveling. Everyone else was pleasant.

All went well. Would have liked to have seen more pillows in the closet as there was none.

The method of billing. I was charged $449.18 twice, once on check in and check out in addition to agreed room rate. However, after calling those double hold charges were dropped from my credit of which I truly appreciate the pro-active attention by the ass't manager. Thank you again.
