Courtyard By Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport

When I saw how the breakfast situation was set up, I just bought some blueberry muffins which were excellent! Even though the hotel itself was not everything I expected it to be, I loved the fireplace and the shower in my room. The toilet was rather low. And I think there should be more railings in an "accessible" room. But, what made it so very nice was the staff. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant even though they did not have all the answers to my questions.

The red "message" light on the hotel phone in my room kept blinking and no one knew how to make it stop. Even your engineer could not figure it out. He said it was probably from the previous person who did not check their messages. So, I told everyone not to call and leave me a message on my hotel room phone. That needs to be fixed.

the bistro wasn’t open on a Friday evening when I stayed which was one of the reasons I booked it . Then got there to Check in only to find it closed till the next day .

Timely shuttle service to airport. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to restaurants and other points of interest.

That I was charged for bottled water when another Marriott hotel that I stayed the previous night offered free water. It's the small things that make a difference.

It was very clean, and the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was a very quiet location but was next to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Everything was too notch. Even the mini blow dryer was more powerful than any others on our trip, this was important to me. Room was clean, check-in was a breeze. They have a small vending station in the lobby that will accomdate any taste.icrowavable food, snacks, drinks etc. Our room overlooked the courtyard and we had a balcony. Very nice and peaceful property..

Was breakfast included? I didn’t know that. I didn’t see anywhere that looked like a restaurant. There was an area in the Lobby that sold coffee/tea, etc.

My toilet was rocky and someone could get hurt. I was gone every day and returned late at night so I didn’t have a chance to report it.

The room was spacious. The guy at the front desk was very professional and warm. He gave me all the details and even gave me a water. Like how did he know I was thirsty lol.

They asked for me to pay cash because booking.com has been allowing some customers book with fraudulent credit cards. I didn't have cash on hand and tried to cancel my reservation and received an email that I would be charged a fee. Needless to say, I'm extremely unhappy with booking.com and will now go on a mission to bad mouth booking.com to anyone possible for an extended period of time, internet, word of mouth, you name it. I don't like being taken advantage of and that is exactly what your company is doing. To say I'm unhappy with your company is an understatement but trust me, I'm a not the customer that you want to be unhappy.

Very well maintained lobby/common areas; excellent location to access BWI airport.

The room smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke; although we did not request/require an accessible room, we were given one and the shower head was not able to spray at a standing height.
