We left too early for breakfast. Check in late in the evening with Nina was exceptional. Check out with Gabi was also well done. We went to the bar and had a few drinks. Looked like a nice place to hang out but we were too tired.
Everything was great. Shuttle service back took a little longer than we anticipated. We returned from our trip on March 23, 2023 at around 4pm. Made it back to our car at the hotel close to 530.

Our questions were anticipated and answers provided. The best part of this stay was the exceptional service at the front desk. The special touches in the room were wonderful too. For example, AVEDA soap which is kind to my skin and artistically folded towel sculptures in the bathroom. The restaurant service was top notch too. These touches add to atmosphere and make travel fun.
There wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel. We tried to book another night and it was sold out. That doesn't surprise us. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to stay there.

Super close to BWI and the beds are very comfortable. Shuttle to the airport was on time and a quick trip. We left our car there while we were on a cruise and the cost was low.
Walls were thin. We had partying neighbors, but it was all good!

The lobby is beautiful. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location to the airport and restaurants was perfect.
The shower/tub in room 521 wasn't up to the Marriott standard that I'm used to.

The tv was inoperable when I arrived. Maintenance was able to fix the issue temporarily, but there were still signal issues which made it difficult to watch programming.

It was close to the airport and had a shuttle taking patrons there. Everyone was friendly and had the information I needed.
I noticed there were no plugs in the bathrooms if anyone wanted to soak in the tub.

As in any hotel the dinner items were extremely high priced but the food and the service were exceptional. Check in and out was simple and the atmosphere relaxed. The room was clean and comfortable with tasteful decor.

We ate at the mainfloor bar. The staff was EXCELLENT!!!!! Friendly, efficient, and funny. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, whether they're flying or not. Great job.
