Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport, an IHG Hotel

We ate dinner in the dining room. I had salmon, rice pilaf and asparagus. I asked that the asparagus be done crisp tender, and it was perfect. My whole meal was delicious. My husband had a cobb salad with chicken, and it was delicious. Service was really good. We would definitely eat there again if we stay there. Otherwise, the employees at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean. We liked that there are dispensers with lotions, body and hand wash and shampoo. Nice perk. The morning shuttle to the airport was right on time with a very friendly driver.

The only thing that was irritating was the pick-up with the shuttle when we got back into BWI. We called to have it pick us up since we had paid to park our car in the Holiday Inn's lot, and it took 50 minutes for it to pick us up. The hotel is only two miles from BWI. However, the driver was very nice.

Staff was very friendly Vyera and Paige at front desk was great, greeted us with smile and had great customer service and help us get to post office by calling cab for us. They we very friendly and a credit to your business. Tyrell the chef boy can he cook, the food was the best i tasted in any of your hoiday inn express in all my years of travels plus the Chris the host was an added gem to the resturant, great customer service and very polite, greeted the customers and made us feel welcome. I really enyed my stay and will be recommending to all my cruise friends.

We had to stay in Baltimore because we missed our connection home from Florida, We didn't have any luggage as our bags were all checked. When I called the hotel to get a shuttle from the airport I asked about having a toothbrush and toothpaste and the Receptionist was so helpful and said they had all the necessary toiletries we would need. It was very late but she was friendly and helpful. Just what we needed after being delayed and having an unexpected layover. We were only in the hotel for about 4 hours before we had to get up for the early flight home.

- Very convenient location to the airport. - 24 hour free shuttle to airport (BWI). Shuttle driver drove very safely and was pleasant despite being 4am. - Bed and pillows were very comfortable. - Shower pressure and temperature were good. - Check in and out were quick and easy. - Staff were friendly. - Hotel felt safe, comfortable, and clean.

- The toilet would run randomly and it was loud at night. - Mini fridge sounded like it was about to bite the dust and was making a very obnoxious dripping sound and hum all night. - Some mold in the caulking in the shower but it wasn’t bad. - Hotel seems old but they are doing a very good job about keeping it modern and updated. I’m confident had we said something about the toilet or fridge, they would’ve been very accommodating. We chose to just ignore it.

Very clean, very nice staff. I was meeting my daughter there for her graduation at Johns Hopkins. She was flying in from another state, so she arrived much later than I. I usually don't eat alone but I went downstairs and had a seat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly (not overly, either) and mixed a great martini. The meal I had was excellent, also! Made for a very nice evening.

The pillows were too hard for my neck. That's ok. I found another in the closet that was better.

the location was nice! the staff was super friendly and very helpful! our room was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! overall we had a great time and will be returning!

Nothing major/ didn’t make us not enjoy our stay just a few things: there was lip marks on our window from whomever stayed prior to us, only one room key would work (I had the front desk reset them and still has this issue, and there was a man working on the elevator at 9am. (I understand that that might have been unavoidable), and on the website it said free breakfast but when we went downstairs it said $10 so that was kind of a bummer.

The facility and room was very clean

I traveled with my 2 dogs (15-20 lbs each) and left them at the hotel while I attended my son’s wedding. While at the wedding I received a call from the front desk about a noise complaint in a pet friendly hotel. My dogs were barking at the 2 dogs in the room across the hall from my room. The hotel staff shouldn’t have put us across from another room with digs if they didn’t want the dogs barking back and forth at each other. Dogs hearing and smell os a lot stronger and better than ours so they knew

The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. The location is within minutes from BWI Airport and Amtrak. They offer free shuttle to both, which was very helpful. The room was big and clean. They have an onsite restaurant and also have a station that sells snacks and personal items.The staff made sure our stay there was very pleasant. When we needed items, such as clean towels, our request was handled in a urgent manner. I am more than pleased with our 3 night stay at this hotel..

We had to return too early back to the airport to have breakfast but the wonderful staff got us some fruit and drinks. The overnight receptionist name M AND M was fabulous, kind, courteous and caring. The hotel is a clean gem, like what I remember hotels to be. It’s older, a little dated in style only-otherwise it’s perfectly comfortable, great beds, soft sheets, spacious room, very clean, excellent and friendly front desk!

Only the fact that our flight was canceled lol! But our very unexpected hotel stay was perfect.

I appreciated the hospitality from the staff. My room key constantly deactivated and they were very patient with my mom and I. The room was more comfortable than what I expected. Breakfast was a plus and was delicious

I didn’t have an issue with anything. I did think the fitness should have actual weights in there though. For those who actually like to lift and not just cardio machines
