Hilton Garden Inn BWI Airport

The room was comfortable for the most part, very clean and pleasant.

The cooling/airconditiong system was not working well. Knowing that there were high temperatures outside I was not comfortable since I could not get the room temperature to move below 75 degrees -- I set the temperature at 67 degrees. In the bathroom the lighting is not very bright especially above the sink. Not having anywhere to hang a towel in the bathroom was inconvenient.

We will stay here every time we fly in and out of BWI. Every employee from front desk staff to shuttle drivers to housekeeping were so friendly, kind, and went out of their way to accommodate guests. the shuttle service alone is reason to stay, to not deal with BWI parking. But my daughter particularly loved the indoor pool as well. Also we accidentally left my daughter’s precious blanket in the room when we checked out. We called & housekeeping found it and kept it for us until we returned 5 days later. That is an expected level of going above and beyond and we are so grateful.

I love everything about this hotel. Staff was super nice and very clean. The rooms are immaculate, quiet and cozy. Breakfast I highly recommended very, delicious with lots of items. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling.

Beds a little firm but sleepable. Bed can use extra pillows. But for the most part this is an immaculate hotel. Highly recommended.

The lobby was inviting; double-sided lit fireplace was welcomed on a cold evening. Large enough to host families/business meetings. The entire staff was extremely friendly. The location was central to everything. Will definitely return.

Wish the room had a sheer curtain as well. On the second floor, it was either no natural light with shade rolled down or wide open for all to see (from outside too).

I love the atmosphere and location. Great breakfast and cozy bed with fluffy pillows. Very clean rooms and super quiet. Very peaceful.

It took hot water a long time to get hot in room 344. They may want to check that out. Could be a water heater going bad. Other then that everything else was great.

I liked and appreciated the room cleanliness. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to housekeeping. I had dinner the first night I stayed and the food was good, hot and done exactly how I asked. The coffee in the front lobby in the morning was hot and welcoming. After checking-out I left my luggage with the front desk for several hours with no troubles or incidents.

The breakfast wasn't good. The eggs quality wasn't premium (either powdered or liquid eggs mix), the sausage was dry and over processed and the toast was super dry. A $14.95 breakfast should reflect a better quality. The server was nice and courteous. The wi-fi wasn't very reliable. Even though I purchased premium wi-fi, the connection and reliability was identical to the basic that was provided to everyone, and it was not safe (other people could potentially access my info)

Loved the bed, very comfortable. Great highway access as we didn’t want to stay in town. Staff was super friendly both at check in and the breakfast crew. Pool was nice, plenty of towels available.

Odd to say, but the bathroom door always seemed in the “way”, minor thing. Minor highway noise.

It is a very nice hotel, decent place. I actually like the location, it’s not in a crazy area, that is too crowded.

They can probably do better in maintaining it, with the upkeep of the place. I can imagine with staffing issues everywhere, an establishment would only ensure of it’s operations, to be able to maintain the flow of guests. But I am very particular with standards that needs to be maintained with hotels. Being a daughter of a hotelier. The first director of HRRA in PI.

Location. It was very close to the airport which is why I was there.

The employees working at the bar seemed as if we bothered them when we checked in. The front desk associate informed us that the bar would be open a little longer but they didn’t smile at all.

Really for me,was not happy with the breakfast.you guys need to explain what mean breakfast,no eggs,nothing hot ,just continental breakfast ,if you need something hot ,you have to pay,I didn’t like that.I was not the only one wondering
