La Quinta by Wyndham Baltimore South Glen Burnie

Location was perfect. Received free upgrade due to no disability bars in shower. I liked the setup of the fridge and microwave but the cabinet needs to be labeled as we were there 2 days before discovering.

There was apparently a gathering event there on Saturday night. All parking spaces (regular and handicap) were taken in addition to being parked 2 and 3 deep at the backs of cars...about 100 bikers playing loud music and revving their motorcycles until after 3:00 a.m. which also set off car alarms. When I did finally get parked, I was far away from entrance which was difficult to walk to with my handicap situation on walking. Complained to front desk in morning but no action was taken. Housekeeping knocked on door at 9 am and when I said we were sleeping and not yet, she did not understand English and marked our room down for no housekeeping

The set up was nice. Booking was clear and easy- no issues when we got to the hotel @6:25 am. All I had to do was sign and grab keys! That's a HUGE plus because after an 8 hour overnight drive no one wants a hassle! Breakfast was nice. We had brand new towels and linen ( loved that)! Parking was decent and the tenants are respectful. This was Labor day weekend and to our surprise it wasn't overwhelmingly loud. Another HUGE plus! Last but not least -location, location, location! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for us!

The floor, shower curtain and vanity lights needed some TLC but it was still ok. 😊 I am so pleased to say that was my only issue.

Clean room great pricing for the quality of the room hotel ect the staff was kind great attitudes always able to help with anything u needed or any information you asked for the breakfast was great the options on what you could eat was just perfect food was delicious and worth every bit of it I'm thankful to be able to stay in a nice room and then wake up to a great breakfast to jump start my morning thanks again I recommend anybody stay for a safe quiet relaxing stay at a great price probably surprisingly the cheapest in the area as well give my stay 2 thumbs up

Everything was actually decent no complaints

We stayed 3 nights. We enjoyed our room, the hotels location & the breakfast.

The pool wasn’t open. It was being cleaned, but when we asked if we could sit in the chairs in the shade in the pool area to read as we had 3 hours before the wedding, we were told no. Then we requested a chair in the shade just outside the pool area & we were again told no. It was a simple request & would certainly have accommodated us with minimal effort on anyones part. It was a disappointing interaction & left us quite unhappy.

All of the staff were extremely friendly! Breakfast was delicious and had a very good variety of food to choose from.

There were tears in the carpet in our room, a piece of trash under the sink in the bathroom, we didn't have enough towels (but we didn't ask for more; we just made do with what we had) and the heat/ac unit is outdated, but it worked. Some of the floors (especially in the elevator) were wet/slippery from people walking from the pool.

I came to see family family and friends we had a great day . got to stay for a cheap 4-day stay to visit my family's my granddaughters my daughters cousins Brothers and Friends had a very nice time

The smell of marijuana it affected my wife the most but I know I can bear it because there's legal medical marijuana and I know people need it

Comfy bed, supplied me with all the amenities that I needed. Dollar store nearby for me to grab whatever else I needed

Walls were a bit thin, It was hard to sleep one night when my neighbors were making a lot of noise.

location was great, price was very reasonable, check-in desk personnel were wonderful

building layout was a bit disjointed. Probably not the hotels fault, but we couldn’t even enjoy the continental breakfast on morning of November 12th because other visitors were rudely grabbing 3-4 omelets at a time. We ended up grabbing breakfast at a fast food restaurant nearby.

Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good!

We arrived a day earlier then expected and tried to book a room here for Friday night preceding our Saturday reservation and the price of the exact room went from $110 on booking.com to $270 which we felt was a crazy increase. Unfortunately we would not pay that and stayed at another area hotel.

The staff was excellent and the room was nice and clean

The bed was too hard! It didn't even feel like a mattress I was sleeping on.. The breakfast was disappointing. The variety was slacking. Plus the juice tasted like soap. But I let the manager know and hope she fixed it..
