The breakfast area looked to be spacious, clean and easily accessible.

When I am on a vacation, I primarily attend events, concerts, weddings, entertainment districts, etc. and return to the hotel late. It is not convenient to be up early the next day (of a vacation) to partake in a breakfast offering. The hours for this breakfast (6:30 - 9:00am) were the shortest I've encountered at any hotels I've stayed at previously. Most extend breakfast to 10:00am or sometimes 11:00am. Who wants to be up before 9am when out until 1am, 2am, 3am the night before? I cannot therefore speak of the quality or variety of the breakfast because I chose proper sleep times.

When the hotel's shuttle was unavailable, the front desk staff arranged Ubers for several guests, then arranged for another hotel's shuttle to take us to the airport before 6am. They were committed to keeping us on schedule for a great vacation.

Housekeeping didn't service our room during our stay. We didn't need towels or fresh bedding, but our trash was overflowing.

It took a very long time to enter details at front desk and get room keys activated. Computer system issue. Need a backup plan Shuttle to hotel not clear how to use. Advise your guests where to stand at BWI to meet shuttle. Show an image of your pickup van. Post the hotel phone number to call to request the pickup. Advise how long to expect to wait.

The walk in shower was great. Also very comfortable room. Breakfast was nice to have available. Employees were very helpful.

I would have liked a wake-up call. But was told that they do not have them.

Love using the park and fly option of the hotel to stay the night before the flight and have an easy commute to the airport in the morning

Getting picked up by the shuttle for a ride back to your hotel and / or car leaves a little to be desired.

The location was great and very clean.

I didn’t like that the receptionist was not available when I went to check in. Maybe there should be a bell or something to call her if she is not going to be attending the front counter.

The property was really nice and clean

When we first arrived the staff was not friendly at all. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The young man who checked us did not explained to us about the Wi-Fi how to connect, about breakfast or anything about property. We figured it all out though.

Facility was not configured efficiently so difficult to "discover" various offerings.

Staff was to coordinate a ride to the airport. We were there 10 minutes prior to the van pickup. Van was 55 minutes late and staff continued to insist it was coming in a few minutes. A lot of unneeded stress as I could have just ordered an UBER.

Coffee 24 hours is great. Nice little breakfast spread. Really like making use of the park and stay for the airport. Comfrotable bed....quiet.

The shuttle pick up at the airport could be a little more efficient.....

we used the hotel for stay, park and fly the staff was excellent very clean & quiet when we returned from our trip to pick up our vehicle at 1:00am the nice young lady working the desk made us fresh coffee for our ride home
