I was so impressed with the design of the room and the cleanliness of the room. Will book again.

I brought my own microwave as I was not sure if the room had one or not. When we were leaving and before we checked out, a "white" guy whom had been on duty for just five days, stopped us as we were exiting the breakfast room and stated, "you did not have to bring your microwave oven as we have one in every room." He was corrected by the black man cashier who said, "no, we only have one microwave oven here, in the breakfast room." Because we were two black males checking out with a microwave oven, the white host on duty thought we were stealing a microwave from the room! Very, very, angry of this perception!!!

My stay was perfect the staff made my stay so welcoming helpful friendly and looked after me as a lone traveller I felt very comfortable and safe I would highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to returning asap great shuttle bus service at your convenience Thankyou to the amazing staff: Victor Tracey Devon Erik Delores Latoya Shuttle bus drivers

Nice breakfast but I would say to definitely have turkey sausages on menu for those that don't eat pork

The hotel was great. The shuttle drivers were friendly. The shuttle took us everywhere we wanted to go. They took us to the train station, to the airport and to the metro station and once we were done with our day trip, we called them and they came to get us.

The elevators need a lot of repair because they were shaking while moving and making rusty noises. Add some fresh scented oil to make the hotel have a fresh smell. Not that it was smelling bad but it could use those scented oils for a nice fresh odor. And also add a another layer of sheet when making the beds and not just one sheet on the beds.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Family enjoyed the breakfast!

Carpet on side of bed was dirty and dusty and little stains on the walls. Second bed didn't have the thick blanket on it, though the staff got one after I asked. And only 2 towels in the room, when the reservation was for 5 people.

Amazing check in experience, literally under 2 min and I had my keys . Very clean & quite room . Amazing staff . Amazing breakfast food was included with our stay . The pool is huge & clean but was out of towels . I absolutely loved my stay & it’s kid friendly 100% and less than 10 min from the airport & great food in the area .

Housekeeping could not speak English. Setup of room was not great. Sink outside in the open is not good especially if you have someone on the sofa. Would be awesome if there had been a microwave in the room.

The staff was very helpful and I loved how they were baking cookies and the coffee/bar area. Will be glad to see the breakfast area open by the next time we stay. The staff also helped us decide which delivery restaurant to order from by giving us menus and telling us the ones that were closest and that they use themselves. Also, loved that Ruby Tuesday's was next door and that we could walk across the parking lot to it. THE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM BWI AIRPORT WAS EXCELLENT! DRIVER WAS GREAT AND SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!

WHEN I called to confirm with the Hotel a couple days prior to the arrival date, I checked to make sure the parking and shuttle were included BUT they hotel said the parking was not included and that there would be a charge BECAUSE we were using a THIRD PARTY booking agency. Their price was cheaper too $119 per room and it included Parking. Pool a little plain and outdated by we didn't use it so really no other comments.

loved the room,, bigger than I expected, lovely, awesome breakfast, great staff.

security was a issue for me. something smell like bleach ? was sprayed under my door. As a single female when arriving it could have been just someone out for a smoke but i arrived late, when I unpacked and went in, he did. its late and the hotel is located in more of an industrial area. for me thats a concern.

The location close to the airport. After flying in from Germany and getting in late at night, taking the airport taxi service to the hotel which was less than 2 miles away was such a relieve. My two little boys had plenty of space to play in our double suite and there is an indoor pool.

Bathtub is very tiny but it’s not a major issue. Also no microwave in the room. I like buying food and having the ability to reheat it in my room without having to go to the lobby’s

All went well working on charges after the stay, however, all was good.

Our charges were charged twice on June 20th apparently - we need to understand why and have a credit?
