The amenities are nice to have, room was a nice size and very clean. Location allows quick access to every option available yet provides an overall peaceful experience.

We won't stay again because of my severe pet allergies. The room was very clean but you cannot eliminate all dog hair and dander. I ended up with with swollen, red eyes and a scratchy throat the entire time even with benadryl and allergy meds. You should have rooms that are pet free.

The fact you allow pets is wonderful. The room exceeded our expectations since the outside doesn’t say much for the inside. Melody was exceptional pleasant and courteous. Josh, not so much and frankly just rude. Swimming pool was nice and we loved the location so much we will most likely stay here again.

A balcony would have been great along with a larger doggie area. However the fire pit and outdoor furniture was beautiful.

Very clean, beautiful hotel and room.

The only complaint I would have to say is the fee to park everyday. I feel as though since we’re already paying for the room for the week it should honestly be at no cost. I’ve never had to pay an additional fee for parking at a hotel I’m already paying for. And my only other little complaint would be that for the 4 nights we stayed, there was no cleaning services that came into our room at all to empty trash, restock towels or anything. I ended up going down to lobby and asking for additional towels and pulled my own trash multiple times throughout the stay.

Great staff wonderful pet accommodation good location but do not like the sunset island next to it has a doc where u can sit and enjoy water and rent paddleboards

Island next to hotel is very exclusive and kind of rude a little far from the beach but not bad

Front desk staff were wonderful -- helpful and accommodating, providing each of us with a bottle of water and some snacks upon arrival The room was spacious, lovely and well-stocked with kitchen utensils, plates and glasses and a full-sized frig with freezer. Climate control worked well. Hotel location was excellent for our needs. Towels were plentiful and high-quality. The free hot breakfast was quite good and much appreciated, as well as the apples available at the front desk. Free parking (pre-summer season) was a bonus.

Equipment in exercise room was a bit lacking; one of the stationary bikes was out of service, and I was unable to adjust the other one. Despite picking Level One several times the tension on the wheel kept going up and down. Clearly it was malfunctioning, which I reported to the hotel directly; so presumably it will be fixed or has been already. The shower head was too high for me to adjust.

Everything was great …. The front desk guy was extraordinary and very helpful ( not sure of his name Peter?).. the woman in charge of the breakfast was really really great… she’s a hard worker …takes care of both breakfast and front desk duty ( daytime)

There’s a big difference between the two women that worked with breakfast one was very conscientious and on Wednesday the one who worked was totally the opposite…..i asked for bagel…. at first she told me bagel was never served …. I showed her the container she again told me they have it but , it was frozen .. unbelievable

Very clean, and modern hotel with everything you need. Free breakfast downstairs. Nice pool. Great staff!

I have zero complaints.

Loved the location backing onto the bay. Watching blue herons, cranes, and other wildlife. Also appreciated seating for smokers. Most hotels you're pushed to the end of the building, here benches and other seating.

Breakfast tasted fine. However, a microwave in that area would be beneficial to reheat the breakfast sandwiches presented. The "warming" container used, didn't really keep food hot or warm. Almost nit-picking at this stage.

Amazing property. The hotel was very close to the beach and the beach is perfect as it is away from the crowds. The staff was amazing as well. Allowed us early check in at 9:30am (instead of 4pm). Even gave us late check out till 1pm. Breakfast was good with limited options. Waffles, breakfast burgers, cereals, toast, coffee and juices only. Would have loved some bacon and sausages. .

Nothing in particular. The breakfast could have been a little more elaborate.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ok. The location was great. My room looked out over water. The beds were comfy.

The pool at the time when I went did not appear that it was clean. Looked a little mirky but I do not know if it was because I went late at night. The pool stays open until mid-night. Also, did not like that you have to pay for parking at the hotel.
