Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Burlington

Breakfast was a nice addition-- I went down and grabbed coffee and some items for my family. The oatmeal was delicious and the food buffet was really clean. The room itself was nice-- good space for my family of 4.

We booked the hotel room to do a night "away" with the kids, particularly to use the pool. My even husband called to make sure the pool was open-- when we arrived, we were able to swim before dinner. The next morning when we went down to use the pool (the whole reason for our stay) the pool was closed and was being drained... I wouldn't care except that we called to ensure that it was open. My kids were really disappointed, especially since we were all suited up and wearing floaties already!

We are Disney travelers. Disney, to us, offers the best of the best when it comes to their guests. So, we are always looking for that Disney experience when we travel outside of Disney. Residence Inn Burlington has that. From the location to the Cleanliness of everything, and we are always welcomed by the staff, both at the front desk and the breakfast crew. This is why we ALWAYS stay here when we’re in Massachusetts.

Leaving is always difficult

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There wasn’t a hint of mold or mildew in the bathroom and the carpet and sofa were grunge free. We appreciated the clean minimalist lines in the hotel room, the separate spaces for sleeping, lounging, and eating in the studio, and the updated bathroom. All of the hotel staff were courteous and professional and the location felt safe, in addition to being convenient to restaurants and highways.

It would have been nice if there had been an extra blanket or coverlet, in addition to the sheets, for the sofa bed. Many of the hot breakfast selections ran out about fifty minutes before the end of breakfast and there were limited gluten free options.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and has everything for make us feel like as we are home. Breakfast options are really good if you can have it in the hotel or to go if you are in a rush.

Minor detail ..... the whute light in the entrance/ kitchen and a not so friendly face at the front desk whe I did the check in.

We were attending a family event at a restaurant next to the hotel so the location was ideal. Our room was ready when we arrived, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. Morning breakfast had a nice variety.

Not quite enough seating in the dining area.

The location is easy to get to, and the mall is within walking distance, and a lot of restaurants to choose from.

The check-in process was a little troubling at first, but everything got straight out.

The rooms was very clean and modern. The breakfast was ok.

My only complaint would be that the pool was ice cold so not very enjoyable. I don’t think it was heated.

pet charge is too expensive and booking.com should mention before booking and mobility support bathroom ‘s bathtub is very small to put chair inside

Excellent breakfast with a large seating area. 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby. Large suite with two TV’s. very clean. Would stay here again.

Nothing. It’s a good hotel.

Location was perfect for my trip. Breakfast was good, nice balance of foods, coffee etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
