Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Boston - Woburn/ Burlington

The room was cleaner than I expected and the staff were very friendly. I arrived early to check in but there were no rooms available, the receptionist gave me some place to put my stuff and told me to give him my number so that he contact me when a room was available. It only took them about two hours to get me checked in but at least I had some place safe to put my stuff so it made waiting easier. And while I was waiting I went to the Mexican restaurant across the street to enjoy a meal.

The wifi could have been better. It wasn't such good quality wifi. And I wish they had more channels like Tennis. The WiFi and lack of certain tv channels was the only thing I truly didn't like about this place.

I had traveled for 7 hours in mostly fog and was exhausted when I arrived. I got there at 1 pm and check-in was at 3 pm. The man at the desk was SO lovely! He made a call to check if a room was available early and they let me check in at 1 pm! That guy will never know how much I appreciated that!! The room was lovely and crispy clean. Everything worked and I could even open my curtains because on the 4th floor, my view was treetops, not people! I slept like a baby that night. Also, there's a Starbucks right up the road and a Mexican restaurant next door. PERFECT stay!

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was wonderful!

It was comfortable and clean. I thought it was very good value for the money. there were no unsavory character loitering outside. The heat worked well. Water pressure was out of this world good. staff was very friendly and welcoming.

elevator smelled vaguely of smoke but the room smelled fine. At one point when we used the microwave it tripped the plug and the tv and fridge went off. No one answered the front desk when we called but then it popped back on about 5 minutes later. With traffic it took us an hour to get to Brookline for our 9am doctors appointment. Not the hotels fault just something to be aware of.

The location is exelent close to marker basket and also nice shopping mall which good restaurants and the train station is close

I like everything and the bathroom soap is great you feel after taken a shower that you been in the spa. The name plus is a good description whit this place

The location of the Inn was fine. Hoped for lower floor. Quiet and comfortable room overall.

One elevator out over weekend. Building non-smoking yet entire floor (5th) smelled of Cannabis (heavily) especially over weekend. Some sketchy people aka "lounge lizard" types too friendly and intrusive to females. Inappropriate questioning of them. Bathtub very slippery.

I was not traveling, but sleeping. The commute from Salem to Boston is nearly impossible on Halloween weekend, so I chose to save myself a few hours each day and sleep. the room was clean, and sleeping during the day didn’t present a problem- I wasn’t disturbed once. I’ll probably do the same next year.

the property was great- no downsides.

Large, modern and comfortable room. Comfortable bed and desk with a good chair. Nice view from the top floor. Convenient location, easily accessable from the main roads and across from a shopping centre with multiple restaurants. Good value.

The first impression of the hotel is a bit shabby.

It was very nice, clean, and quiet. What more can you ask for! Plus the price was decent. The key card had an advertisement on it for domino's which actually gave us the idea for delivery, which worked out perfectly for us. Plus it was simple and easy to do.

I really don't have any real complaints. Your staff and facilities were just perfect for my needs. The only thing I had trouble with was figuring out how to turn the shower on! Lol, but once I got it, I was squeaky clean!

The room was spacious and clean, there was a fridge which was convenient to save some food. The beds were comfortable.

There is no smart TV, and no room service during the stay. So every time you need something (like extra towels, or toilet paper) you need to go to the reception yourself and wait until someone is available.

The view, location,, and also the bed but the pillows could be a litle more bigger.

The male receptionist in the morning shift was rude when l asked something about breakfasy.. As l was try different hotels before l picked yours, sol forget you didnt serve breakfast.
