You pay for your parking spot, 30$ for 2 days. I wasnt made aware of it beforehand.

The staff were overly accommodating friendly understanding kind helpful non-judgmental and were never disrespectful of boundaries like most hotels when we had a family issue unexpectedly no questions asked no explanation needed they free of charge offered us a late check out all the way until 2:00 and weren't banging on the door and being rude at 1:59 like other hotels would have been the front desk gentleman working Tuesday day shift was unbelievably kind and understanding which really made a difference during a difficult time for us

Just personally don't like carpets my own personal preference and the entire hotel is carpeted LOL makes it harder to clean when you drop a chip or something it's much easier to just sweep up on a hardwood floor was nice to be able to have fresh air and sunlight in a big window

Great pre-flight hotel if you are traveling from Logan. Their breakfast was top of the line with multiple buffet style options. They gym was brand news with great equipment and at least 2x the size of a typical gym. The kids loved the pool and the hotel overall was very clean with extremely friendly staff

There was nothing I can fault about my stay. I guess the rooms could be a bit better on the layout, but i didn't rent a suite and just a double queen room. I will stay again and test these longer stay facilities. Location-wise there wasn't a lot of choices on a walk for restaurants.

The front desk staff, those two black gentleman, sorry don't remember their names, the extra security for the rooms, and for access to the elevators, the rooms, the wide variety of breakfast options, pretty decent

The pillows in the room, too soft, and too old... The pool - there's no notice for when or how long a treatment session is or will be( maybe I missed it)

Staff was excellent, very helpful. And the hot chocolate and coffee station was very nice when we came in from the cold. Room was well maintained and bed was extremely comfortable.

Only concern was that the parking lot seems small for the building. I went out in the evening and when I came back at 10pm I literally got the last empty spot in the parking lot. Since the hotel is right near the airport and downtown I would have had a real problem parking if that spot hadn't been available.

The complimentary breakfast was terrific, great choices. I particularly appreciated that most of the plates and bowls were paper based, rather than styrofoam or plastic. Providing all biodegradable products would be even better.

The room was very nice but had a few minor irritants. The TV screen was much too large for such a small room. The bathroom sink faucet was quite clunky and difficult to maneuver. The bedstand drawers took too much effort to pull open. The pull down shades would not stay within their tracks and as a result became quite a mess trying to open and close.

Everything! Check in was lovely, everywhere was spotless and so clean, my room was huge - so much space- plenty of towels etc. The bed was extremely comfortable. The facilities were fantastic- the pool was lovely, the gym and the lounge were excellent. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.

If I had to pick one thing as I really liked my stay, the breakfast could have been better - I don’t know if cause of covid it’s packaged hot food or something but I think it could have been better.

Breakfast, even though Togo was not bad, we just wanted something quick anyways. The room was so clean, our son dirtied the floor with popcorn, which we love the fridge and microwave, we tipped the cleaner on our last day because well he left a mess that we tried so hard to clean up ourselves. Also parking is free! Can't beat that when you're 10 min from boston

The location was fine, I knew when booking the area we would be getting into, some reason I thought I booked the room with small kitchen but that was my mistake, other then that everything was so clean the jalapeno breakfast sandwich though was Togo was actually pretty good, and we got quite a bit of stuff in the Togo bag so no complaints by us, we understand covid is a thing. Only thing was no garbage bags in any of garbages in room? Was very confused by that but we had take out and threw our garbage mainly in the paper bag we had.

Location is just great! Staff is always willing to assist. :)

They don’t make daily room cleaning… it is by request; and sometimes forget or don’t have any control about the rooms pending to clean.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly!! Helped us with train schedule and location and ordering food to be delivered.

There were times when there were no parking spots :( Quite upsetting to Drive around for a long time trying to find somewhere to Park in the evening
