Shuttle driver Tayler was LOVELY ~ very welcoming and personable. She is a great person to start your stay off right. Lisa at the front desk was VERY helpful, trying to secure us a taxi. I appreciated her help. For a short stay between flights it was all and exactly what we needed.
It would've been better if Brad Pitt came with the room.

Shuttle was free! Shuttle driver drove like a maniac.
I thought the Shuttle Drive could have drove slower, we weren't in a rush and it was snowing, she was running up to the back of the cars and honking for them to move out of the way, It was scary for me.

staff disorganized. guests personal information being yelled over walkie talkie. A second employee was very rude. came into building yelling at guests checking in about masks and no one wearing them ( the receptionist was not even wearing one) there is not proper signage on entrance doors to communicate requirements.

Great value especially if you don't have a lot of luggage since there is no elevator, but you only have to climb one set of stairs. The shuttle is small but reliable transportation to and from the airport.

This hotel was excellent, do not let the outside deceive you. It’s decorated simple yet very cute! Our room was perfect, super comfy beds and very clean.

It was freezing I arrived way earlier than I was supposed to, the lady was kind enough to let me check-in before 3:00 PM. I also used the free service of the shuttle on my way back to the airport.
