Courtyard by Marriott Boston Logan Airport

I stayed here for a weekend to show my boyfriend around Boston and we had the best experience! That staff was so friendly and helpful, recommending late-night food delivery and leaving us Christmas Hershey Kisses in our room. Though I’ve stayed before, the room we were in this time, was updated a little and had the most beautiful view of the city! The location is great if you’re flying in and out and don’t want to spend money on Ubers. Once we landed I called the hotel and they sent a free shuttle within 15 min. The same shuttle would take us to the Blue Line T station whenever we needed to get to the city and would pick us up there once we were ready to get back to the hotel. It was very cold when we were there and this was a warm, safe, and quick way to get from one place to another. It was also very helpful for our early flight out on our last day. Sure, this isn’t right in the heart of the city, but it was half the price of those hotels, had excellent service, a cozy room, and a shuttle that was available whenever we needed it. I would stay here again an again.

I do wish they had a free breakfast, though they did have a nice looking restaurant. For our purposes, we just wanted to get out and into the city quickly to enjoy the sights and preferred to spend our money there.

The shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes of our call to let the hotel know we had arrived. The shuttle runs 24/7 and was available to take us to the airport for our 5 am flight. The hotel is a short walk to the Blueline, or you can take the shuttle to the train station for more options.

They have two elevators, but one wasn't working during our stay. The line for the elevator was so long at times that we opted to take the stairs to our 4th-floor room.

The hotel is clean and well deserved by a shuttle (to the subway or to the airport) available at any time of the day. The parking on site was free and the staff was correct, however sometime cold (depending on your interlocutor).

Mostly the staff being sometimes a bit cold, not rude however. There is not much to say, I was not expecting too much and was not disappointed either, so basically a correct stay for the price, especially during the Easter week-end.

Rooms are well appointed, clean, comfortable and spacious. The man checking us in, was helpful and nice. we also enjoyed having drinks and dinner at the bar, where we were kindly attended to by the (South American) bartender. The shuttle bus driver picking us up at the airport, arrived at the agreed-upon time. I was glad that the in-house kiosk had some food available, since a blizzard made it too unpleasant to go walk anywhere. Thankfully, the restaurant then opened at 5 pm.

Hotel lobby was clean and the employees that I interacted with at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming. The bed and pillows were comfortable, tv was nice and big. They let us have a late check out and that was super appreciated after our long trip as we got to sleep in.

The bathroom in my room #817 needs some updates! The tub looks old and worn, and in that condition its hard to tell if its clean. The restaurant in the hotel was not that great, very few options and so we ate off site.

It was nice that they had a restaurant on site that served breakfast and dinner. Options were minimal but it was good. The room was a good size and plenty of hot water, could shower for long periods.

Lighting in the room could be better, primarily the lighting for the bathroom sink area and there was no lighting close to the full length mirror. The hvac was a little loud when it kicked on. It was nice that the airport was close by and shuttle was provided however there was no place to walk to.

I was traveling with my 89 year old aunt, and my special requests for a shower chair and leaving our baggage at the motel while we traveled were a huge help. Having a restaurant on site was also huge for us. Your hotel is bustling but quiet and efficient. Nice walking and biking equipment.

No sheets for the pull out in our King bed room. Slept on comforter, as I was too tired to ask for sheets.

We enjoyed a quick break at the bar to have a beer and talk with the bartender.

The shuttle driver was a little gruff and tried -- though we all struggled with a language barrier -- to make sure we were all headed to the right address. Many passengers were annoyed with him.

Room was modern, clean and had a nice bathroom. Had a free shuttle to the airport.

Had to wait for a long time to be seated at the on site restaurant. Obvious understaffed on the evening I was there. Would not give me Marriott Bonvoy points as I had booked through Booking.com

No breakfast as we had to get to the airport very early. We ate dinner at the restaurant. Very busy. Reasonable wait. Food good. We were hoping to do park and fly but there were no spots open. It would be nice for the website to be updated with that I formation.

Check in clerk was rude to us and the person who signed in before us. Advertising park and fly and then being full was frustrating.
