Southcape Resort Mashpee a Ramada by Wyndham

Very roomy condo for 5 or 6 guests. We only had 4 sleeping over, but adding two to the sofa bed to make it 6 would have been plenty of room. The living space was big enough to gather with a small group of family because of the open concept and addition of the breakfast bar/stools. Nice little deck. Loved the coffee maker (dispenses one cup at a time with no carafe) We were in town for a funeral, so we didn't have time to use the pool. But it looked very inviting!

For a longer stay, a bigger variety of kitchen appliances may have been helpful. But we had what we needed for two nights.

We did not receive breakfast, as we were not informed about any breakfast at that facility. Everything was great, the unit was extremely clean, the location was perfect for our particular weekend event, and the staff was super friendly!

I loved everything, but the only thing that was missing was my little dog. I wish the facility would honor small dogs, and dog types that have hair and do not shed. I understand the reasons why they do not allow dogs, but my dog is extremely quiet and would have caused no damage.

Staff was friendly, apartment size was great for our family of 5! We will definitely stay again.

Only thing we found that we wish would be different is the pool and laundry cut off times. During the week it was around 430-500 the pool closed. People staying during the week may enjoy a later available swim time!

There is a indoor and outdoor pool

The townhouse had no bathroom on the first floor, also had no washer and dryer in the unit. Construction going on across the street, so lots of trucks using the same driveway which was torn up from the on going construction. The buildings have also been neglected.

We had a condo, two bedrooms and two baths upstairs and a half downstairs. Very roomy, nice fireplace. Across from the pool and library. Quiet, off of the main road but near stores.

All the blinds were broken and bent and there was a 1 qt pan and a stock pot. Could use one more midsize for cooking.

We had a late arrival, but the key and instructions were there for us. The house was a bit outdated, but very clean and spacious. We had a great stay!

Building activities on the terrain. The opening hours of the pool are too limited

It was super clean. Very comfortable, great location, close to shops and 11 minute ride to the beach.

It is dated but still very clean. The single beds room was a little lumpy, but nothing a new mattress couldn’t fix.

The units were nice. Parking was plentiful. I could not hear other guests in their units.

The indoor pool closed at 4:45p and we found it hard finding time to use it before then.

We love the location. The condo was very spacious and cozy. I love that it had 2 1/2 bathrooms. My family had a great time, will be back during February vacation!

I didn’t like the 5:00 pm check in and 10 am checkout time. Also the pools close at 4:45 pm. I understand so we just worked around the time.

Perfect location, quiet during my stay and activities for families with variety of stores, restaurant and supermarket nearby.

Living room couch and chairs need updating very old and dusty looking. Afraid to sit down just imagining how long it's been around. It will be great if they have leather furniture so it'll be easy to clean/wipe down oppose to cloth.
