Best Western Plus Waltham Boston

Great staff, good location, excellent WiFi, comfy beds. Breakfast good, pool looked nice, although didn't have time to use it. Overall, excellent value for money. The restaurant and bar in the hotel is excellent. Good beer and food.

The cleanliness in the corridors was not great. The bathroom could have been prepared better also, one of the complementary shampoos was half empty. Recycle more things, too much plastic.

The bacon was one of the best that I ever tasted. I loved the crunch and crispy texture. I really liked how friendly the staff was especially the lady in the breakfast area.

The shades could’ve been more discreet. I didn’t like how it was transparent. My room didn’t feel private enough. If the shades were darker or blocked more light then I would feel more private. Additionally, with the exception of the delicious bacon, everything else about the breakfast was bad. The eggs was nasty and the yogurt selection was disappointing. The pancake machine didn’t even work.

- Friendly & helpful staff at the front desk and breakfast, clean and big rooms, comfortable bed, new equipment in the comfortably large gym, ample parking space and proximity to Boston. - There is an on-site restaurant, a steakhouse across the road and some eateries within a few minutes’ drive. - The American breakfast included in the price has a good variety of hot and cold items. - Safe location.

- Pool was closed for maintenance throughout our 4-night stay. Was told at check-in it would be open the next day but that didn’t happen. - Location could be inconvenient if you don’t drive.

Great location for my needs. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The workout room had enough to offer. Room was clean and ready when I arrived.

The only issue I had was my room keys not working. I had to replace them twice. Probably because of where they were in my pocket. Not a big inconvenience. Would have like to have room cleaned once for my 6 night stay.

The staff is super friendly, hotel is very clean. Breakfast and coffee was great! My only complaint is that there was way to much Is chlorine in the pool. Even after 30 minutes of being out our eyes would randomly start burning. On the other hand, at least we knew it was very clean. We will definitely stay again!

A little less chlorine in the pool and not having to track down pool towels would have made the visit perfect!

Good breakfast except scrambled eggs tasted and looked artificial. No touch pancake maker was awesome!!!

-2nd visit still no sanitizer outside of elevator.. - heat in room could not be turned up during day - leisure chair needs replacing. It was broken. - bed too hard - no extra blankets - Swimming pool was black in color. Water not clear. Did not want to swim in it and would worry if kids were it because you cannot see the bottom.

Very nice, cut-above generic hotel. The attached pub was fun, though the outdoor deck view is over the parking lot. Food and drinks were great. Room was very large, well-appointed with microwave and fridge, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Included breakfasts were plentiful, but just OK quality.

The atmosphere is very good. Very convenient to Waltham downtown. Lots of parking space available, WiFi was perfect, breakfast was fairly good and tea, coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hrs at no extra cost. Overall a good place to stay though little pricey.

Everything was great! Nothing negative about this hotel.

My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I requested a room in a quiet location and they definitely honored that. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet with generous amounts and varieties of food and drinks. The dining area is large with plenty of tables and chairs and enough room for social distancing. The location of the hotel worked fine for me. I drove there easily following navigation directions and the parking is generous, well lit. I felt perfectly safe there traveling alone.

Genuinely I will tell you that there was nothing that I didn't like. I needed an iron and ironing board and it was there. I didn't need a hair dryer but it was there if I did.
