The hotel was perfect, location from the Blue line made it easy to access transportation to / from airport and Boston. Room was very quiet, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was goods and having Starbucks in the lobby added a nice touch. Mission beach house food was very good. I will return for sure. 5 Stars!!

Got off the blue line and arrived on the plaza by Starbucks, there is absolutely ZERO signage pointing to the hotel entrance. We then took the elevator back down on the beach side and found the pool but still nothing pointing to the lobby. It was 30 degrees and towing kids and luggage, I finally called the hotel and they told me to go back up and enter by Starbucks. I would add a sign on the second level pointing to the lobby for ease of travellers coming off the train.

Perfect location aside that it was a bit of a drive away from Boston but I loved that it was there by the beach, next to restaurants with one inside. There is a niiicee seafood place behind the hotel w Ross, family dollar, walking distance and drivable. oh, even better that theres the T right behind the hotel w a convenient store! Hotel was pristine and love the customer service and breakfast.

Right on the water overlooking Revere Beach this new hotel was a dream. Our room was much bigger than most you would get in Boston city and very quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable, bathroom is modern and well replenished with towels and amenities for our entire 4 night stay. The hotel pool and gym were handy and most times had the pool to myself. Mission Beach Restaurant has a delicious menu to tempt the tastebuds with large servings. This is a go to for both tourists and popular with the locals. Starbucks is in the building too. Basic hot and cold breakfast is offered each morning from 6 30am which was popular with all the guests. Drift and Fineline restaurants are right outside the hotel doors with both serving delicious food. The T (train) is a 2 minute walk from the hotel doors that takes you the Airport stop where you can connect with a free shuttle to your terminal, OR travel further to the Aquarium OR to State Station in the heart of Boston which pops you up next to Quincy Market, the Freedom Trail, shopping district and more. A train from Wonderland station is safe and clean and highly recommend to get around as is so cheap ($2.40 single trip). Seriously worth consider this hotel if you want a hotel at a reasonable price with a lovely outlook.

very close to beach & few good sports restaurants within walking location & clean & big quiet rooms & right next to the wonderland train & bus station thats east to catch to go Salem & downtown Boston. & the hotel offers nice pool & small workout space free airport shuttle.. buffet style breakfast is free but nothing fancy otherwise it was a perfect stay

The room was so spacious for 5 people! We travelled into Salem and the bus route is directly behind the hotel, such a fantastic location for the T line. Also, take what you read from negative reviews with a pinch of salt, the staff were more than helpful and went out of their way to offer help. Receptionist was amazing,I can't remember her name sorry but I want to say Jodie?! So please pass on praise to her as we didnt see her on departure.

Springhill Suites was an unexpected bonus on our holiday. We couldn't find suitable accommodation in Downtown Boston in our budget but our holiday was so much better for staying on Revere Beach. We had an ocean view room and were able to take walks along the beach in evening after sightseeing in Boston. Transport to Boston and the airport couldn't have been easier as there was train station with frequent service immediately behind the hotel and barely a 20 minute trip to the city centre. The room was modern, spacious and clean, and easily accommodated a family of four with two older children.

The sofabed mattress was not comfortable for a teenage child (3rd bed in room). Limited dining options in the local area other than the restaurant in the hotel and the restaurant in the neighboring property. Boston's city centre was easily accessible from the hotel by public transport, so dining out in Boston was no problem.

The location is perfect, only 1 minutes walk to blue line Wonderland station, and the Revere Beach is just across the street. There are some good scored restaurants around the hotel. Two levels indoor garage provide sufficient parking lots to the hotel guests. Thanks for the compliment breakfast offered, but hopefully there would be more tables and seats to avoid long waiting line.

The cleanliness of the swimming pool is not good, there were some hair floating on the water, which made my kids feel really disappointed. We also found a black sock and a white shirt under the sofa cushions when we tried to set up the sofa bed. The hotel should do the cleaning more carefully.

Everything was amazing! The views, the room, the location...excellent service and so close to transportation to Salem and Boston! We will definitely be back!

SWANKY!!! The property was in a GREAT location. I was pleasantly surprised! IT was modern, clean and quiet. When I left during the day, I could not wait to get back and relax in 360 degree comfort. A real Starbucks was right down stairs in the lobby. Great ocean views from the lobby and excellent access to ultra modern hangouts a few feet from Starbucks. Front desk staff were who they should have been… warm, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They were all any guests could ask for. I hope they keep that energy and good vibes, it made the stay so much better. I’ll be back!

Very nice and modern hotel. The room was beautiful, very clean and smelled wonderful, it was ample, bed was so comfy and I loved the many tv and streaming options, and of course the free HBO channel. The hotel staff were super helpful, polite and outstanding at their job. I also loved that you can choose if you want your room cleaned. Location was great, Loved the Starbucks right there, the train station right outside, many restaurant options and other amenities close by. Also right by the beach, the weather was crappy but I would totally come back to enjoy the view. I was so happy with the price we paid.

I booked a room "with a view" and the view was the bar beside, it is ok, no big deal, but if I paid a little more for "the view" I should get what I paid for. The google page says this hotel is a "pet friendly" hotel, and is not, and some description was not quite right, maybe it should be reviewed and updated. The breakfast and pool hours should be extended for one more hour I think. The TV was in a very awkward position not right in front of the bed, it can be moved but is on the way between the other side of the room. The remote didn't work properly, forgot to ask the front desk for another one. But no major complaints so far, I am very happy with our stay.
