Baymont by Wyndham Battle Creek Downtown

I loved the pool and Jacuzzi for my kids,I hate we missed breakfast ,they also had a fitness room that has window for viewing the pool,which is cool to work out while the kiddos play...loved the fact the pool closed at 10pm we arrived from Indiana at 9pm and after settling in decided to go to the pool with like 15 minutes to spare but it was a fun time for the kids and the front desk help was awesome.i asked for extra blankets and the attendant got them right away,any questions I had was answered,and in the morning the next shift was friendly as well.

I love the location and the way its set up. The hot tub is a plus. My room was magnificent im going to ask for it every time we go from now on. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was neat ,clean ,and smelled fresh!

There was a lady across the hall who evidently was having issues. She was slamming her door constantly and cussing and yelling. It made it a bit uncomfortable when we were out our room.

Every morning there was a full hot breakfast. The family enjoyed the many choices. Hot coffee all day was a bonus.

I would say that there was not much we did not like. The stay was conveniently located near all the amenities we needed in the area. I don't know if there was really any thing more that they could have offered.

Loved our stay! Super close to Kellogg Center, even walked there! Pool was great; nice and warm! Room was clean, chairs were uncomfortable and the arms were tore up but we didn't use them so didn't mind. Beds were comfortable. We plan to stay again in a couple weeks with more of our friends!

The chairs in room were uncomfortable and the arms were damaged and torn. Wouldve liked more options for breakfast, like yogurt... and some cream cheese for the bagels!

Everything and this is the only place that I would ever go and the workers here are really nice and they go out of their way to help and I give this place a five-star and this is only place that me and my family would ever come to

Just the loyalty to the regulars, me and my wife are looking for an apartment, since the epidemic of covid. And we choose to only pay to stay at the Baymont and preferably the Baymont downtown, but homeless and having a hard time and that's an understatement,we just need a little help, please work with whoever you are allowed to as far as being able to let them pay for us we only have a week before we get in our apartment and we're just looking for a little help so it's cuz we're trying to do and God bless you and has been very pleasant stay and have had no problems that staff is great and is the only place if I had to be a told you I would never be

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection available. Hot tub was enjoyable. TV had great selection available.

The bathroom is small and the door didn't swing all the way open without catching on the floor. The indoor pool was very cold. Walking the hall we kept noticing funny smells- could've just been what a room was cooking in microwave.

The breakfast was great for all of us and the pool was a hit. The location was perfect for all of the attractions we visited. The staff was really friendly as well and we were overall pleased with our stay.

There were a couple of downfalls. One our rooms were on the same floor however they were not in the same hall, with us having children and checking in with them that would of been nice. The other downfall was that the 2nd room had burn marks around the windows and the screen had been cut. The room smelled awful as well.

After a disappointing stay at another Baymont, we switched to this one and had a better experience. Room was clean, bed was comfy and pool/hot tub area was nice.

We had a problem with our toilet overflowing for some reason and we had to clean it up. No elevator.

Breakfast was restocked and our whole family got to eat.

Had already turned in hotel key and was told I couldn't have a to go coffee cup. (One with a lid) I had forgot the one in our room. Is it too much to ask to take a cup of coffee on the road?

The lady that checked me in ( I’m assuming is the owner) was extremely friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. The spa tube was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. Bed’s we’re okay.

The only complaint would be that there was very little for breakfast at 7:30. But I’m not a big eater in the morning anyways. would definitely stay here again.
