The kitchenette, the walk-in shower with the big glass wall, the couch with the fold-out bed, the organizing shelves in the closet, the height and comfort of the king size bed, the swivel television, all the cabinet space, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, roll-out desk, quite hallways, pool, exercise room, breakfast included, coffee always available by front desk, & check out time is at noon!

Obviously the price was crazy! With all the covid incentives in place for business' there shouldn't be anything that has to be passed on to consumers at this time. Especially in Michigan! Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Also, For that price the rooms should have ovens. Other TP hotels do. You also need to put a full length mirror in the rooms.....IJS!

Facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Appreciated hot breakfast being available although it was a bit sparse later in the morning. Location great.

Rooms were quite warm, even after switching the thermostat and vents to cool. Pillows were super squishy and didn't provide much support.

This was my first stay here and I loved it Michelle was so sweet and professional she was able to answer all my questions when I called before booking and even when I arrived she was so professional and friendly to me and my mother, she absolutely made this an awesome experience and I will be back and recommending this place, the room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, clean place, room, comfortable beds, spacious room and the fact that it has a small kitchen I can cook in and has a dishwasher was awesome.

Well....when we checked in we were charged a deposit of $200.00 and an extra $100.00 on our bill...we were told that was policy..ok but the extra 100 dollars was hotel mistake and they really didnt give a crap! Booking.com needs to get there policy staight with this hotel...they did the same thing to my brother in law! BEWARE WHEN YOU CHECK IN! THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU AT THIS HOTEL!

less than a mile from any store you could need, the rooms were great with comfortable beds, amazing water pressure! It was so quiet every night and we were there for 5 nights, the breakfast was also very good every morning!

Later check out (12pm) was good. The breakfast was alright. Definitely better than some and worse than others.

The staff was just okay when we checked in although it was very quick.. Leaving the staff was great very personable. Location was good.

My four year old, two dogs & I were very comfortable during our extended stay. Staff was friendly & accommodating. the room was spacious & well equipped. we had absolutely everything we needed & really enjoyed our stay.

Using booking. Com made my stay complicated they couldn't find my reservation and I was charged twice

Being able to bring food and cook it there and the complementary breakfast was great!

Just wish there was a wider channel selection on the TV, what they had was nice though!
