Baymont by Wyndham Battle Creek/I-94

Nice tile floors without the gross carpet some hotels have. Comforters, pillows, beds were nicer than expected. Fridge and microwave were clean and operational. The TV worked fine, coffeemaker in room was appreciated. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Desk clerk was very cheerful and helpful. Air conditioning worked well. The only thing not perfect was the hot tub was out of order, but it was 90 degrees and we wouldn't have used it anyway. Also, there were not any outlets to charge devices, but we found one behind the nightstand. The plug in the lamp didn't work. That would be my only suggestion for improvement--to provide charging ports.

No charging ports for phones or laptops.

Unable to find a staff member to book me in. Desk attendants busy in back i assume, no one was at tge front desk. Then no one could find my reservation booked through booking.com. Attendant claim booking.coms confirmation number is not their confirmation number and it couldn't be located, so I had to pay full price for both rooms. Rooms were booked in advance to avoid these type of issues and secure a room for me and my family. Why use booking.com.

Room was like brand new. Room was the right size for one king bed. Extremely quiet.

It appeared that there was only one luggage cart on the premises, and I was unable to use it upon check-out. I had to carry luggage down the stairs from the third floor in three trips. Drug dealer operating out of room on first floor by the back entrance.

How well the staff and mgmt went out of there way with smiles and pleasant voices to accomadate all guests and make it comfortable as possible for all.When in Battle Creek it will be the only place I stay

I can't say enough how friendly the whole staff is from management to house keeping. Our stay ended up being almost a month long and we felt at home...

The location was good for the things we were doing in the area.

The Hot tub was not usable and the pool was super cold and we could not get in it either.

The staff and our room and proximity to restaurants.

The location is a ways from downtown but the price makes up for it. It is convenient to restaurants. It tends to attract some people kind of hanging around the entrance and so on but I felt safe. Kinnie the checking clerk was very helpful and courteous and she was very kind to us and helped us get a handicap room. I would stay here again

The manager was exceptional. She found one last room for us when booking.com canceled my reservation an hour before we checked in due to an old credit card on file.

The rooms definitely need to be updated and old mattresses replaced.

The room was comfortable and the staff was so nice 🙂 will be visiting again when I come down to see my boyfriend ❣️ great place to stay at a great value

Staff friendly and accommodating, room clean and quiet

Breakfast did not go on til end of quoted times. Only had 3 biscuits left for geavey at 8am. Had some gravey left but no eggs or sausage or milk left fir cereal. No bread for toast. Second morning just biscuits and gravey. Water for hot tea not hot.
