The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond when the ceiling above the hot tub in our room starting leaking. The hotel is dated but the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The outside was very unwelcoming and dated and as we pulled up we were very worried that if the outside looked like that what did the inside look like, however, looks can be very deceiving and we were happily surprised by the cleanliness, comfort, and welcoming staff inside.

Breakfast was what I expected during this time of Covid not over yet. Talking to the manager and wife. Great people and very nice to talk with. Felt very safe in the hotel. Other guests were very friendly also. I was very happy with my stay. Very helpful getting my plane ticket for me. I had a few challenges with my tablet.

The weather could have been better but that isn't anyone's fault. I was hoping for less rain. I wish I had more time to spend with the family. I would stay here again and let others know how my stay was.

Boat parking and plug in availability is a nice feature. Pool was nice, room was clean and comfortable. Good price and location, easy access and nice facilities. Would definitely stay again. Staff was friendly.

Hot tub wasn’t working during stay, not a big deal but would have been nice. Additional breakfast options including some proteins would be nice, having only bread items and pastries and cereal doesn’t work for some dietary restrictions.

Nice lobby. Breakfast could have been better it was lacking fruit proteins and non-gmo meats and eggs Would have liked newspaper, better selection of organic tea and cheaper prices for snack bag of vending machines chips Great staff!

My key kept getting broke and had to reset it a bunch. I vomited blood from the breakfast

Good location, quiet stay. Breakfast was simple with waffles and microwave breakfast sandwiches, cereal etc. but good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is good for large vehicles. The room was comfortable with fridge and microwave

The staff was wonderful and there was plenty of space for my doggo.

The noise in the parking lot could get quite bad on the weekends and with it only being 2 floors there was no getting away from it.

My son and I were going to his first WWE show and he was so excited and the lady behind the desk was so nice and interacted with him. She even asked him about it the next morning. All the staff was so friendly. Great location.

Close enough to the highway to be convenient, but not hear the traffic Indoor pool and hot tub

The hot tub at this location is in need of a new lining or mortar repair. And it needs a good deep cleaning

The beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean and we appreciated the quiet policy.

No elevator and it would be nice to have a hot food option for breakfast besides waffles.

The friendliness of the staff was very warm after a long car trip. The closeness to stores was a bonus but still a ways out that it was quiet. Everything was clean & tidy.

I have no complaints on the room, staff or location.
