PLEASE try to offer natural/plain foods. For example: plain cold boiled eggs. The poured egg liquid that is cooked into those breakfast sandwiches cause us allergic effects. Just a plain, regular egg is best. And for the coffee in the lobby, PLEASE make real cream (or half and half) available. I have an allergy to that Coffee Mate liquid that has additives and preservatives in it. A lot of people do. Just plain dairy from a plain cow is best. Back to basics. Thanks for listening!

Other than the breakfast, we liked everything. Exceeded expectations in room size, apportionment, bed quality, and overall cleanliness.

Included breakfast was above board. Many options and kept hot. Maximus kept Everything clean and replenished. He went out of his way to make sure all the guests had what they needed. He is top notch! Room was spacious and very clean. Many extras that aren't standard in most hotels - full refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils. Having the separate sleeping and living area would be a huge plus for families with different sleep times.

The room was quite warm (on the 3rd floor and mid 70's register off). We switched the system from warm to cool and lowered the thermostat to correct. Problem easily resolved.

Facilities were easy to access, check in and check out was simple. Room was comfortable and well appointed! All amenities I needed were there and it was awesome that they accommodated my request to have a room away from the elevator! Staff was SO helpful and kind. I will stay again.

There were grease spots on the headboard. There was also quite a bit of hair on the carpet and on the couch, which made me think that it hadn't been vacuumed. But this is minor. Dishes and kitchen and bathroom and gym were spotless.

We have stayed there a few times and always been satisfied. Always clean and well kept up hope they keep it that way. The black man, sorry can't recall his name but he is outstanding at his job. Very friendly and polite the kinda person I would want to work for me if I had a business. These type of employees are hard to find in today's world. Will probably be back in September for a 3 day stay for the Frankenmuth Auto Fest.

The staff was very friendly! We liked the oatmeal and waffles at breakfast each morning. The room size was big and comfortable with a full table and fridge. Parking was convenient. Location was close to restaurants and stores.

I watched guests throw trash on the floor as well as wet towels on the floor of the pool area and hallways. Not the staff fault. Stinks people are so disrespectful. Floors in our room could have been cleaned better. There was frosting (and who knows what else crusted) in the carpet from previous guests but everything else seemed cleaned well. I assume staffing is a challenge these days and it was vacuumed so we didn't complain. The chlorine in the pool was very strong. I didn't even go in the pool but sat next to it for about an hour and my eyes were burning, but it didn't bother my daughter or I after we left the pool area.

Clean room, spacious.Breakfast is not bad, fresh cooked toast cheese bread, just the dining area too small and too open right in front of reception area. Staff friendly

We loved the room, it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the pool, the complimentary breakfast (much better than most w/ more options), and the sweet staff members. The biggest perk was that we could bring our fur baby along with us. When we travel again, we will definitely be looking for another Home2 Suites by Hilton.

The location was perfect. This was my first time to this area of Michigan and I wanted to explore. Within 20 minutes I was at both a shore or other attractions. though honestly you could spend a day just shopping in the area. every staff member was pleasant polite helpful. I enjoyed the service for my specialized diet with breakfast. The gentleman running the breakfast area went above and beyond to try to help me out.

Entire staff was friendly, room was clean, loved the bonfire, kitchen in our room was great. Basic breakfast fare, hot and enjoyable. Bed and pillows comfortable. We will be back.

Our frig did not work. The freezer did. Maintenance came in with the Whirlpool tech, but it still did not get cold. Was told it was a chain wide problem. Glad we did not have alot of food to spoil. Otherwise, we plan on coming back.

We can a softball tourney that got cancelled but weren't going to get a refund, so we decided to make a day of it. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast was really gooood.

The pool is really small and there was no hot tub. Which is a real bummer for parents that need to unwind. The kids got cold and stood in the pool shower to warm up. :(
