Quality Inn & Suites

The location was great close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were nice size. The mini fridge kept drinks cold. The shower had nice water pressure which is rare in most hotels. The rooms were for the most part were sound proof, but there seemed to be only adults so if there were children I can't say if that would still be true. The staff was pleasant. The rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean.

The elevator was slow and extremely hot. Wish the breakfast was served later than 9am. The pool water was cold, needed repainted, and was only 3ft with one small section at 4ft. 3 floors and only ice and vending machine on the first floor.

Beware!!! Everything was absolutely perfect. The beds were comfortable and the staff was courteous but they will not refund your money if you have to check out 2 days early.

Beware.... We checked out 2 days early and could not get credit back to the account. When trying to navigate or find out how to get the refund for the 2 days that we did not stay, no one could help me or give me answers. It's really disturbing to be charged for something that we did not get to use and that I am sure they rented to someone else. As a business owner, I value my customers and their satisfaction. I will not be using booking.com or staying with this hotel again.

I mostly loved the night attendant Adam. They were so awesome, great conversation and very friendly and helpful. I couldn't of been more happy. A last minute reservation at Quality Inn due to a cancelation of another site * this hotel wasn't a lake house of course but was every bit just as nice

Our second night there my group as well as other guest had been getting disturbed by some unruly teen boys left alone obviously drunk and/or high. And nothing was done to control the situation. There wasn't any adult supervision which I find kinda weird where we're the parents? Not a huge selection for breakfast just some muffins and cereal. But otherwise was a great stay

The staff was all extremely helpful and friendly. We really liked Reagan at the front desk. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and freshly restocked. The last Quality Inn we stayed in (in Maryland) was awful, but this particular one redeemed the hotel for us. Thank you!

Hot tub would have been nice. Tub in actual room was all chipped up and poorly painted over. I would never bathe myself or children in it, but was fine to shower in.

Staff was great, as always! Second year in row traveling the same way and stayed here both times. Will continue the tradition. Breakfast delicious. Room was fine. Hospitality from staff and friendliness is reason for high rating.

The bathroom fan was non existent. Definitely needed for moisture reasons in bathroom.

The location, pool, friendly staff and cleanliness all made for an enjoyable stay.

The pet fee was very high and should be like a security deposit, where it gets returned if there is no damage and the room is left clean. Also, breakfast could use a little more variety, and toast would be nice.

The 'business center' came in VERY handy during my stay.

The room keys are quite sensitive... canNot place next to phone, etc in a pocket or even purse, or it demagnitizes, so key has to be re-activated (which means going back down to the front desk every time)

Everyone was friendly and the room was very comfortable.

I wish breakfast could have either started a little later or ended later. We kept missing it. 😄 I wish the TV was just a little bigger too - thats only becuase I'm vision impaired.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in person was kind and everyone we asked questions to helped us out with a smile and kindness. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Very nice shower. Enjoyed breakfast both days. Convenient location with restaurants walking distance. Sound proof rooms-didn't hear anyone else. Easy access to everything. Things available-iron, microwave, small fridge-didn't need to use them, but nice that they were there.

Didn't have soap! The front desk clerk did give us a small bar. Wasn't anything else that was uncomfortable or disagreeable.
