Comfort Suites Grand Rapids North

It was close to everything! The rooms were beautiful and had a little lounge area as well as a microwave and tiny refrigerator! The breakfast offered was fantastic! Everything that anyone could have wanted!

The only thing that I can say that I didn’t like was the price of snacks and drinks! A 12 ounce bottle of Coke was three dollars! Also there was only one ice machine on the bottom floor. Would be nice if each floor had an ice machine. But those items are insignificant compared to the rooms and everything else!

Hello, I had asked for an early check when I booked over a week before and even called to make sure my request could be accommdated and was told, as usual, no problem. When I arrived there were no rooms available and I was told it would be several hours before one was ready. I am a regular customer to this hotel and have always gotten great service. I had to wait over three hours to check in. This is not good customer service. In the end, after three hours, the Maid Supervisor, Asheeley (sic) stepped up and provided me with a room. She did a great job and was very helpful. I will be back, but I trust the service will be more accommodating. Jeff

The hotel was clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were clean and open.

I booked an accessible room but the tub/shower was hard to get in and out of. The bed was so high it was hard to get on and off.

Easy check in. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our room is extremely comfortable. Tv is big. Bathroom is very clean. Shampoo and conditioner smell good. This hotel is also in a great location. I feel safe here.

The pool was very cold. Also, the hot tub jets were not working, which we were informed upon check in. However, the hot tub wasn’t really hot. It was just warmer than the pool. The only other minor thing was there were sticky spots on our floor in our room.

Breakfast was good, location was good. Staff members that we came in contact with were very helpful.

The door to our room was hard to open because the door rubbed on the carpet. The carpet in front of the fridge had dried up food of some sort. The shower curtain was moldy and needed to be replaced.

Nice clean hotel good location to restaurants, shopping etc

Only negative, we've stayed here several dfferent times in the last 2 months. This latest stay in Dec. the hotel now has some added fees that they didn't have just since early Nov. I didn't care for that, though they told you about them at check in we were charged before explanation of fees, they were reimbursed. However to charge before check in just felt sneaky to me.

Staff was excellent and truly made the stay. Facilities are great for the price. We stayed here for a baseball tournament and the kids loved it. The staff was so great even though kids were everywhere (having so much fun!!) I really appreciate the staff being accommodating to the baseball teams. Overall, highly recommend. Area is very safe and pretty as well.

Didn't get to try it. Went down at 9:00 and there wasn't any hot food left.

Our room was clean in every aspect except the floor needed vacuumed. Crumbs in front of desk area.

As is usual, the staff was excellent. My early check-in was no problem and went very fast. Breakfast was very good and fresh. The room was very clean. I always enjoy staying at this location and look forward to my next stay. Jeff.
