The room and lobby are clean, secure and quiet. Updated decor and well appointed with plenty of comfy places to sit in the lobby. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. A new-to-us security feature: just inside the door of our room, there is a cardholder with a plastic keycard. Removing this key makes it so no one can open the door with a keycard from the hallway (think maid service). Caveat: removing the key from the holder disables the light fixtures in the hall and bathroom—took us a minute to figure that out!

Would have loved a hot tub in the pool area. Room was a little small but it was adequate for our needs

The room looked very fresh and clean. Colors were very vibrant. We ordered a pizza which was delivered to the wrong hotel. Your front desk person called another nearby hotel and found it! The other hotel walked it over and your person delivered it right up to our door! I can’t remember his name but he worked until 11:00 pm that night. Excellent caring about the customer.

In the shower, we loved the 3 handy bottles on the wall. But 2 were shampoo, 1 was conditioner. It would have been nice to have a body wash one up there. There was a small tube on the sink so we used that.

Very clean! Cute decor! Comfy pillows. Smart TV with Netflix and other apps. Walking distance to LMCU baseball field. Updated rooms with many USB ports for charging. Breakfast was decent eggs, sausage, English muffins and bagels, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, and pancakes.

Only minor complaints was there was no microwave or coffee in the room. (probably says that in description) But lobby did have 24 hr coffee and tea and there was a microwave there if needed. Hotel is close to highway so you do hear traffic. And could easily hear the room above us walking. Side rooms were fine. There is also no dresser or closet because the room is small. There are pegs and a pole to hang stuff though.

New, fun and clean GR hotel. Lots of comfortable seating in the lobby with great decor. Foozbl in the lobby and fire table outside. Loved that the workout room had a Peloton bike to use for Peloton members. Breakfast was great.

The Peloton bike was not maintained and I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service getting my log on to work and updating the software. The seat adjustment was also broken.

There was many activities in the main lobby. Awesome stand up shower with good smelling body wash that comes out of a wall dispenser. They had wonderful Breakfast that was warm and ready to go.

Couldn't smoke by the fireplace outdoors. The window view is not the best.

The staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly! The long pool hours and the family game room were a win with the kids!

The ONLY things we were disappointed about was the fingernail on the floor in a corner in the bathroom, and the dust on top of the headboard. There were a few cobwebs in the corner of the main room by the tall lamp, but we do understand that things get overlooked. Overall though, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel.

We liked the modern feel of the hotel and how close it was to several area surroundings. Staff were very nice. The gentleman who was in housekeeping with dreads….. you deserve a raise for all the hard work i saw you doing.

I know with Covid breakfast options are limited but the selection was not very good. Also it should stay open to at least 10 am for the late sleepers. It would be better not to advertise all the options on the tv monitors and online of they aren’t available. I traveled with a father who was in his 70’s and he didn’t like that there was no dresser drawer to put his clothes, a suitcase holder and no Bible in the room.

Breakfast was great for everyone even though Pancake Machine was on the fritz and the Boys really enjoyed not having to miss their Workout ! The personalized Greeting on the TV in our Room was a nice touch as well ! Kids thought it was cool .

Hearing the early Morning Highway Traffic , got over it and fell back asleep though !

Staff was incredibly friendly & accommodating. Facility was clean, modern & had many wonderful amenities. Room was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful.

No coffee in room. Coffee in lobby was great, but had to leave the room & go downstairs for morning caffeine.

The Hotel was phenomenal!!! The decor was bright, happy, very tasteful and clean. Everything was just great. We loved the breakfast and the food was very good, clean tasting. Our room was everything.

We had only one complaint and it had nothing to do with the Hotel itself. We were on the 3rd floor and the room above us made so much noise. Stomping, dragging stuff across the floor and bumping at 3AM
