The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Neal, at the front reception, was very courteous and helpful. He even delivered a bottle of body wash to our room as it was missing in our room at the time of check in. The breakfast is excellent with lots of food choices, and eggs & sausage/bacon, and a variety of fresh fruits every day. The gentleman on duty on Dec 28/2022 was particularly dedicated and refilled all food and beverage very efficiently. The ladies in the breakfast area were all very pleasant.
The room is missing 2 light bulbs.

The staff was exceptionally kind. Both the person who checked us in and the person working the breakfast set up went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful.
We had to unplug the mini fridge in our room because it was so loud, but that wasn’t a big deal.

Cleanliness of hotel and excellent continental breakfast!!
Every Hotel I go to I open the heater and look at the filter to make sure they are clean, this one was filthy, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I took it to the bathroom and washed it off in the bathtub and then we were fine. And there was hardly any signs to see where the hotel was, it was back off the beaten trail behind a Wendy's which made it very difficult to get to.

The front desk lady, Teresa was such a joy, she really brightens the place. The coolest part was they had the option to sign in to streaming services you already subscribe to right on the home menu of the TV, without paying for enhanced internet speed. Also get A couple premium subs for free.

Access getting into parking lot was a bit confusing, only one way in and one way out (same way) for this hotel and the one next door, tucked behind Wendy’s.

It was listed as in Grand Rapids - but it was actually in Kentwood - which made it further away from the family members we were visiting.

Let people know about hidden charge for any incidents that may accure during their stay. We did get the money refunded approx $45.00. But was very surprised to see an extra charge on my card after checking out.

Very clean room, friendly staff, clean indoor facilities, comfortable bed, WiFi was good and location was off main road so quiet enough.
curtains blew as they were to long and hanging in front of a/c. we had to use clips we had to hold curtains together to block the light coming in. Trash in parking lot.
