Staff was really nice and friendly, particularly Dee at reception. Hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and the desk was convenient. The kitchen was well organized and I liked that everything had been put in the dishwasher so we were sure it was clean when we arrived.
We did not have time for the pool, but I guess it will be nice when it reopens.

First night, no heat in one of our rooms. When I initially entered my room, someone had turned the heat to 80 degrees. Wanted coffee Sunday morning with regular cream/half and half, but there was only flavored creamer.

Spacious room, clean with supper comfortable beds. I also was great full that my request for a late checkout was granted.
The walk from the lobby to our room was extremely long. Location of the room was not easily found which was very frustrating and having to tote your luggage with you until we finally found out room.

The room was beautiful, comfortable everything I needed to feel like home. Was able to cook my own meals. Before arriving I had extra towels in my room per my request, it was a very peaceful and enjoyable stay.
