Baymont by Wyndham Grand Rapids Airport

Good service even though I arrived very late at night, I appreciated the late-night service and friendly staff. The room was clean and quiet and the rate inexpensive. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice. The staff provided an airport shuttle just for me which was on time in the morning.

The bar of soap for the bathroom was about 1 square inch, super tiny. But I realize keeping the costs down is important!

Check in ( at 11:30 pm flight delay ) was very slow, maybe the clears was new employee? No shuttle available even though I asked weeks before when booking room, if our flight is delayed, would a shuttle be available) had to take a $30 taxi ! Return to airport in am, cost us $15 by hotel shuttle ! $45 extra for stay at hotel ! Not a happy customer . Opps this comment belongs below !

nice place with easy in and out to wherever you had to get to.

I travel a lot as far West as St Louis from Philadelphia and stay at many places. while this was a good place it has the worst free Wi-Fi I’ve ever encountered and I had to use my phone as a Hot Spot to get anything done. would have been a 10 if the Wi-Fi had worked even a bit.

nice to have an armchair and a desk with another chair nice selections for breakfast towels were soft shower head staff--friendliness and responsiveness curtains blocked the light well there's a fridge and microwave

Great location, close to the airport and easy highway access. Helpful staff. Decent value.

It was a little dirty, a little worn. The upholstered chair in our room was heavily stained…kind of gross. The linens were fresh and the carpeting looked new, but the tile floors and corners of rooms seemed dirty.

The room was two rooms one room that has the beds and 2 TV, with a nice clean and good size microwave and a very nice clean good size refrigerator that is nicely hidden in one room. The other room is just the BIG hot tub. My husbanded is a big and tall guy and he fit in it nicely. There is a nice desk that can fit a laptop on it nicely to work at. The beds are Comfortable with three pillows. There are two TV one in the hot tub room and one in the room with beds.

That it was dated. There was only one remote for two.

it was comfortable and clean, staff were reasonably attentive when it came to ensuring our room had what was needed.

the drain blocked up when I took a shower and had still not drained by the next morning so my partner was unable to shower. desk staff reluctant to release our $50 security bond saying it had already been done when it hadn’t. breakfast was ok.

Everything was really good. I really like that I could watch the TV while in the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was the greatest.

I would like to have seen something more than just a bag of breakfast especially for the ones of us that are lactose intolerant. I understood the bag breakfast because of covid but it would have been nice with a different alternative than yogurt.. But everything was overall really good.

We got a hot tub room. The tub was off the main room so it had a little bit of privacy. The tub was far enough big for my husband and I.

The bathroom floors were dirty. Sitting in the toilet you can see the dirt in the baseboards. The room with the big hot tub was so plain. Literally a tub a little thing for your luggage and a TV. The walls were plain. Just felt cold in that room. For 207 it felt so empty.

Check in was quick & easy. The continental breakfast was outstanding. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean.

Minor issue -- there was a light bulb burned out when we arrived; we called the front desk and they replaced it promptly.
