Residence Inn by Marriott Grand Rapids Airport

It was very clean

They advertised a hot tub. My family gathered for Christmas and the reason we selected this hotel was the hit tub. There are MANY other choices in Grand Rapids. There was no hot tub. There was a pool only. Also, the TV only had 2 or 3 channels. You could not access Netflix to use our account, or any other services. In addition the hot breakfast was truly sad vs many other hotels where we've stayed.

The facilities were new, immaculately clean, and homey. The staff were genuinely welcoming and their customer service was extraordinary. I had just come from a stressful week and staying here rejuvenated me. As well, the other guests I bumped into shared the same sense of "home" and high view of the staff and facilities.

Everything was excellent. I have travelled a fair bit and was simply very impressed.

The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful with options to eat around the area. I wish I could have spent more time here. The room was super clean. I wish I could have checked out the pool but me and my little one were to tired from our 8 hour car ride.

They had no extra fans to bring to the room but the thermostat could be set to keep the fan in the vents running so that was a good back up.

Rooms were very clean. Beds very comfortable. Showers were nice. Dishes were clean, as well.

Breakfast was awful. The bacon was not recognizable as food. No other meat was offered. All that was left for my family to eat were bananas (which were good, BTW). The eggs were nothing to write home about, either. Just meh. Disappointing

Very nice, clean suite, with everything you need to set up for the stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was perfect. Couch was immaculate.

Great place, could have used a jacuzzi by the pool. Looks like there used to be one there.

The property was clean I had a king suite that was very comfortable and the pool was fun the kids love it made sure they went every day and the breakfast was good and it was close to everything.

The entire staff was exceptional — front desk, housekeeping, maintenance. They could not have been better. Special mention for Mario — very helpful and enthusiastic. Reasonable COVID precautions. The rooms were very well laid out — roomier than the square footage would suggest.

The staff was amazing!! Everyone was SO friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed!! Our suite was very clean and was perfect for our family if 5. Breakfast was very good too! Great variety!

We liked everything!

This hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice. Tamme from the night shift was amazing. She was very accommodating and kind. She was very sweet to my family and me. My kids love her! Love the fact that you offer cable services. The pool is so lovely. The kitchen in the room was so amazing to have so that I could cook for my family.

Each room was only allowed to swim one hour out of the day.

Comfortable environment, friendly staff, good location, everything is good except for breakfast...

I guess because of Covid, there is no hot food for breakfast, it's all simple food, which is much worse than the Marriott I've stayed in before.
