I’m a truck driver and I arrived at this hotel tired and ready to sleep. They are renovating this hotel and with all the work their internet was running slow. The woman working the front counter was so sweet she gave me my key to my room and told me to go sleep even though I hadn’t paid yet. She said we will take care of the bill after you’ve had some sleep. Awesome staff I would highly recommend this hotel just for their customer service.

OUTRAGEOUS charge to have a therapy dog! 25% of the room price added? No breakfast as advertised on the Bookings.com site, blames it on Covid. Checkout and deposit delayed until they inspected the room condition.
