The staff were very kind and friendly . The place was clean and all the amenities were available and operating. The breakfast was a smorgasbord with a big variety of delicious hot and cold choices. Eggs cheese biscuits and gravy sausage yogurt fresh fruit cereal juice ... The pool was clean and well stocked with towels Coffee is always on Definitely will recommend . This place is awesome.

The location was convenient. The staff was friendly.

I was delivered the wrong breakfast on one day, which also resulted in me being woken 2 hours early. Rooms are not cleaned or straightened up during stay. Guests are expected to bag up dirty towels and trash and leave them outside the room for pickup. While I understand people are still concerned about Covid, if a person is staying for several days, room cleanliness and neatness may become an issue. And while not an issue for me personally, I did note all the guest rooms are on the second floor, but there are no elevators. People who rely on mobility devices like wheelchairs will probably need to find another hotel.

Breakfast was FANTASTIC! Rooms were spacious and very clean! Beds were nice, but mattress was very hard. Overall this hotel was great, would recommend it to people. We will be staying here again if we are up in this area again!

New Mattresses, or a pillow top would be nice.

The breakfast was definitely worth the whole trip. The food was well prepared delicious and plenty of it as well as a big variety. This is probably the best breakfast included with hotel I have ever had.

Of course the only thing I can say is price ... because I'm cheap not because it wasn't worth it because it was!

Location was excellent for us. Staff was wonderful during every interaction!

Cleanliness around the pool was a little rough. No shoes allowed in the pool area was fine, but then there were lots of gobs of hair everywhere…making it not so pleasant to walk barefoot around the pool area.

TV with full cable was good. We had a Sling account so could log into that and watch the programs we had recorded on Sling. Room was clean and nice.

Didn't like the chairs in the room. Typical bare bone wood chair with padded seat. Not comfortable for watching tv or such. So had to change to laying on the bed. Never could really get comfortable laying on bed and watching tv no matter how many pillows I used. Plenty of pillows provided though. Would have liked an easy chair in the room for watching the tv. Oh and rooms were a bit noisy. There were kids on the floor about and you could hear them running back and forth... floor above could have used some sound deadener of some sort.

facility is dated no elevators. expensive for accomodations available restaurants only one in town except for fast food.

This place was awesome. I wasn't expecting such a great, chill vibe when I walked in. The lobby area is cottage-cozy and the large, open staircase gives it so much charm! Front desk staff was great. Check in was a breeze. I stayed here as a more affordable option than a hotel in Traverse City for the weekend I chose. Easy drive. Close to so many great "Up North" activites. Room was a great size--decor a little outdated, but it that doesn't take away from the charm/value. Would definitely stay again.

Staff extremely friendly, all of hotel including room and pool area extremely clean, amazing smoking area outside, hot tub was excellent.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, but it was delivered to our room in a bag due to Covid. Not a fan of cellophane sealed muffins or really too old bananas. But the coffee was excellent!

Very understanding kind staff who were super welcoming to a single dad with little kids . The place smelled clean it looked clean .The pool was nicely warmed and hot tub was working .

There is nothing I didn't like . Except I can't stay longer.
