Four Points by Sheraton Detroit Novi

Four points staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. BOOKING tried having the hotel cancel my reservation for our suite bc they overbooked go figure and 4 points by Sheraton staff worked quickly saving the day and my daughter's birthday by helping get us into a double adjoining room. Breakfast buffet is work the price. Having a bar, pool and hot tub was a great feature. Rooms were spacious. Patio rooms. Will return directly through them next time bc of the phenomenal customer service.

Saturdays are very crowded at the pool. We stayed on a weekday with nobody there but on Saturday do to a birthday party we werent able to get a chair or use hot tub. If the pool is our main goal we will shoot for a weekday next time.

The room is more than enough to stay as couple. Even with my toddler, we stayed in 1 king bed and that was enough. Bed is comfortable. We paid for breakfast and that was delicious. We used pool and hot tub almost everyday and we liked it. Especially my daughter loved it.

I am a little bit selective person for breakfast and not eat everything (such as pork). Breakfast choices were not enough for me. Pool closing time can be later (it is 9pm). We would like to use after my daughter sleep but she sleeps around 9 pm and after that time we could not use it. These are not big deals but good to know.

I hosted a prom send off for my daughter. We booked a Wellness Suite that provided plenty of space for hair, makeup, and getting dressed. The courtyard was beautiful, and although it was closed for upcoming remodeling management allowed is to use it for red carpet & balloon photography. We had food and balloons delivered with no issues. Additionally, or guests (friends and family) experienced no issue coming inside to take photos and playing a part in the send off as some hotels limit visitors in the rooms.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming especially the bartender. I really thought the manager, Tariq was friendly and made me feel at home. I returned the next week. I plan to make this my primary place to stay when I am in the metro Detroit area.

The area to go to the hotel is VERY confusing and very easy to miss the driveway. I did not like that the driveway and street was literally a pothole hell. I drove my car there the next week and felt like I had to dodge all of them in just under a minute. That was bad. I did ask for another set of towels but housekeeping never came so on my way back in I just asked for them at the front desk. First visit there the main elevator was out of order and I had to lug a 50lbs. suitcase of the stairs and back down when I left.

The room was well presented and was able to be cleaned with new linin every day if you wished but they do have a green policy of only doing that when you request it, which is good!!

Breakfast was good and so were the bar meals

Close to 12 oaks mall staff was friendly bar and restaurant are very Good

When they clean rooms pay attention to detail i stayed in rm108 counters were still dirty and toilet need to be scrub but other than that it was a good stay double check the work and covid is still out here be careful do what is necessary

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was polite and tried to meet my request.

The children playing in the hall half the night slamming doors running up and down the hall. They did the same in the morning as well. The bathrooms were small

The curtains on the ground floor need to be better. You can’t close the thick ones. Then one that fully covers the window is see through. Thankfully there was a Panay hanger that I used to keep the curtains shut.

The room was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and it is convenietly located to everything in Novi!

Too many odd odors; in the hallway, my room, and in the pool area

It is central to shopping at 12 Oaks, Kohls, Dick's, 5 Below;, the movie theatre is right around the corner, and great restaurants (Cheesecake Factory, Panera, Starbucks). It's what we love!
