Very nice staff. Very clean.
The bed was too soft for me. The room would get really hot before the fan would kick on. It would have been nice to have a fan running at all times to circulate the air. $250 was a little pricey for a night. The hotel bar didn't open till 5pm and the hotel was full. It would have been nice had they opened at noon due to the event.

It was the same avenue with the convention we were attending. Therefore, commute was none. The room was spacious and clean, nothing much to view around. The commute to airport and downtown was pretty expensive.

I loved the spacious rooms and the nice view from the high floor. My favorite room feature was the frosted glass barn doors. Also, the complimentary breakfast was better than other hotels I've visited.
Other than not having a microwave in the room, everything was great.

About the only thing that could have made our stay better was a microwave in the room. However, there was a microwave for use in the breakfast area so it was really not a big issue.

Could have been cleaner. Bugs in overhead lights. Corners of ceilings spider webs. Plate when going into elevator extremely dirty. Floors in elevators need vacuumed. Overall good place. Just a little more attention to detail

Problems with our key cards not working everytime we left room either during the day and even down to breakfast. We would have to go back down to front desk each time to have it reprogrammed.

The staff here is great. They took the time to offer several restaurant recommendations when asked complete with directions and what their personal faves. The room was also nice well appointed and clean.
The local area seems to have a lot of things closed on Mondays which can make it tricky.
