Hampton Inn & Suites Wixom/Novi/Detroit, Mi

Room was very nice, hotel had great accommodations and the staff was professional and seemed to be an all around well run property in comparison to other places I've stayed in this region of Michigan

Only issue I had is that I booked online through booking.com and when I arrived my room was not ready and it took a while and a manager to figure it out and we had to wait for them to ready a room on the fly. But they did handle the issue promptly

The overall experience of staying in here for two night was good. The hotel is closed to nearby shopping centers and restaurant in short driving distance. The wall seemed to be thin though, as we may occacionally hear footsteps and noises from somewhere. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. The included continetal breakfast was average.

Very nice people, helpful. Clean, big room, quiet... The swimming pool was not available but I could go to another nearby hotel so that was fine.

Everything is single-use for the breakfast, this is really not ok in 2023.... And the breakfast itself was not great, apart from the waffle machine, there was rather limited options.

The staff is very friendly and quick. This hotel is very clean. I like that they have carpet around the bed where most hotels are changing to tile or wood flooring. I highly recommend this motel.

Construction on the freeway just up the road can be slow at certain times.

I was able to get a handicap room for me and my elderly father. It was very spacious. The breakfast every morning was very good. The staff was very friendly and there was an employee mopping floors and wiping down tables and counters everyday.

The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was spacious with a lot of natural lighting.

No in hotel restaurant /bar. The included breakfast was neither dissatisfying or exceptional. It was ok.

I liked that the rooms were very clean and so are the bathrooms I also like that the hotel smelled fresh and it was very peaceful

I wanted scrambled eggs but they said they did not make that day and that they don’t have time to make any.Sometimes people just don’t like to eat cereal and cannot eat sausage or bacon.

I loved my stay and will gladly stay here again. The only bad thing was the construction on I-96 and that you have NO control over. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful. Thank you !

The room was very nice clean and updated

the price of the room was hiked up due to demand from the power outage. i feel that they’re taking advantage of people needing a warm place to stay

The location was good for us, especially appreciated the breakfast area where we could host a small group for conversation (after breakfast hours, of course!)

Not to many restaurants within walking distance. We like to settle in, then get some exercise by walking to meals.
