Courtyard Detroit Metro Airport Romulus

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast made to order.

Approached my room door and heard TV on, as if room was occupied. Returned to front desk and it was explained that TV turns on at check-in. Itwas an unsettling experience as a solo traveler especially when the person asked me if I was traveling alone. Her actual question was “ Is your honey with you?” And this was because she had given me just one key and she thought she may have errored. Front desk person did ask someone to accompany me to my room and made sure I was ok with staying.

Location wise it couldve been in a more view able spot especially with how nice it is in the inside and outside. Should most definitely be able to know it there.It was a very nice place most definitely didnt think it would look like that in the inside. Then they had balcony which had an amazing view. Then i found the fitness room which was nice as well. Very quiet stay. Also i lovvedddd how when i turned the tv on i was approaches a nice welcoming with my name ☺️Oml just an amazing stay would most positively definitely come bck.

I didnt like how it said pool closed at 11 but when i went down at 10:38pm he said they were closing it. But the sign and front desk said 11pm so i wasnt to pleasant but the nice gentleman allowed us to have 15 minutes of swim time since we were bummed out and didnt get the full experience.

Breakfast was delicious. Location was convenient to Romulus activities and downtown Detroit. Center courtyard was great for gathering with friends late in the evening to talk, eat and drink.

We were there for three days and the room was never serviced. Got no new linen. Bathroom was not cleaned.

Loved the location really close to the airport arrivals. Got there in 4 minutes! As for the front desk they were so helpful and kind. Pool was great too.

We had a pull out sofa bed. Would have been nice to have thicker linens to add a bit more cushion to the bed.

The property was lovely. New carpet down the hallways, new carpet in bedrooms, comfortable beds (brand new), new soft sheets, comfy pillows. We will tell our family and friends and will return.

The breakfast location was nice.

The shower curtain liner and tub were not clean. I tried to reach housekeeping. I left a message and they never returned the call. I spoke to a house keeper and they were not allowed to enter my room and couldn't or wouldn't pass the message on for me.

Took airport shuttle when stranded by a flight cancellation. The check- in staff and bistro waitress were exceptionally nice. Very helpful with shuttle to and from airport too.

Little bit dated carpet and curtains in the room and maybe, but a nice sized room with loveseat.

Found parking not far from room, fridge was very useful, beds quite comfortable, decor tasteful. Lots of TV channels. Very reasonable check out time. Front desk personnel very kind

Difficult to communicate with airport shuttle driver. There was no complimentary snack or breakfast. Hot water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Sliding door but no patio.

Perfect for the airport, great mattress on the bed, room size and cleanliness. Also the bistro though limited in menu had sufficient for our needs and the staff were excellent. the shuttle bus was on-time too

the hotel was updated, modern and very clean. The room was very comfortable and quiet for being so close to an airport.
