The staff was very nice. From the beginning, we kind of had an issue with our room that was taken care of quickly. It was in a convenient location that was easily 10-15 minutes from everywhere we needed to. A/c was cold all night and it was over all a great stay.
Two things and one not being that serious it’s just me. I believe the elevator was working at a high capacity and over time it just started to work really weird. The other thing is that the property had no clean wash rags the entire weekend. I corky understand that being that the hotel has 7 floors in the first place

Due to Covid 19 the hotel restaurant closed. We were stranded at airport because of midwestern storms, and felt very accommodated by you...having your Shuttle from airport, that also returned us to airport the next day. Staff at reception and housekeeping were very sweet and friendly. Room exceeded expectations and was very quiet, comfortable, fresh and clean, compared to other hotels we stayed at Thank you.

Shuttle service to and from airport was easy and convenient to use.
The hotel use to have a restruatant on premises. It is now closed. It was a disappointment as the website indicated restruatant onsite.

My confirmation from booking.com didn't go through to the hotel, so I ended up having to book directly with the hotel. The staff person working that night was incredibly helpful and kind and helped me solve that problem without any extra financial burden.
