Timely shuttle both ways.

At 8.20 AM, there was NO more breakfast, although breakfast time is until 9 AM. After showing my unhappiness, the receptionist got some stuff out of the kitchen for me and another' person, all still frozen. This is my 3rd stay where there was a problem with obtaining breafast, although included in the price. I have sent a note about this to the manager, but nothing changes!!

soo much to like. coffee maker in the room. great selection of channels on the tv. the bed WAS like being enveloped in a warm hug. desk and chair allowed reading and relaxing.

the bathroom. was adequate and functional. besides the blow dryer it offered the bare minimum. the water pressure on the hand held shower head was forceful. hotel restaurant did not offer hamburgers. the fish n chips were 1st rate,

I traveled out of town and was stuck out of state due to weather / I checked status of my car which was parked at hotel as I used their shuttle to get to airport / My car showed a flat tire, I called Hotel and the staff was happy to Help, I got back and tire had been aired up which helped so much!!! After along Journey to get home, I am so grateful they were there to help

Room was clean & comfortable, very close to the airport. Very good shuttle service

Room was nice & clean, but there were problems with bathroom faucets in the sink (sprayed out of a hole on the side of it) & the tub (handle needed tightening). Otherwise, we had a good night's stay & would stay there again.

Location, price , staff. I got a late checkout.

Breakfast was really bad. They should do away with the breakfast. It really didn’t have much. The food that was their was poor quality. The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. some blood was on the side of the toilet seat.

Room was extra large and beautiful and beds were comfortable. Couple restaurants nearby (Hazelwood) were good.

Breakfast was adequate but no gluten free options and yogurt was poor quality- not really yogurt No kleenex in room No plug in by sink mirror area but one by door mirror. Shower was barely warm in morning- must have run out of hot, but was early Sunday morning

Great location, convenient to airport and not too far from downtown. shuttle service is convenient. Beds are really comfortable.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. ice machine was out of order on our floor.

The hallways were cluttered with garbage bags and other items apparently left behind by housekeeping . The room and halls on first floor were clean

Shuttle never showed up for me snd another shuttle driver seeing how I I stood in the cold for an hour, picked me up and took me to the hotel....description of the shuttle by the clerk at the desk had been vague and led me to believe that I would be meeting a car outside baggage claim

The location was very nice

My room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Found items from someone else's stay. You can tell it was a rush job. Carpet had crumbs.Toilet was very low which was hard for me.
