TV in room was quite small This is a historic home with a beautiful staircase leading to the bedrooms upstairs- which is fine unless one has difficulty climbing stairs as I do.

The location was practical to the activities in town. Only me and my girl friend's physical limitations were a limit to walking too far. Dave made us some nice breakfasts during our stay and were full when finished. The outside had many flowers that made it nice to just sit on the front sun room and take it in.
The stairs going up to the rooms. Again, this is not the fault of the B & B, it is physical limitation of my girl friend having an artificial knee and me having foot surgery in January. To the other couple we were with was not an issue.

Lovely accommodations, great location to walk around Saugatuck. Local food was served for breakfast and the innkeeper gave us great recommendations for lunch and dinner. We had a lovely long weekend here.

Our host is a great cook! The fresh fruit was wonderful and in season, fresh baked muffins and incredible egg dishes!! I highly recommend this place to all. You will not be disappointed.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to all shops and restaurants which made it very convenient. The breakfast every morning was delivered on time, warm and delicious!

The bed in the private cottage is in a loft. A loft that you can’t stand up in and is only accessible by steep ladder. Wouldn’t work for many couples.
