Was close to activities we did during our stay. breakfast was okay

booked 2 rooms, arrived at 5:30 pm well beyond stated check in time. only 1 room was ready at 5:30 . was told second room would be about an hour later. We showed up about 2 hrs later and second room still not available. It took about another 15 minutes before other room was available. The night cashier apologized but said she did not have any authority to make considerations or room upgrade etc. The day manager said he would check into but did not state what if any credit or adjustment would be.

Great accomodation. We did a road trip in Michigan and this was one of the best property. Nice room with facilities and really great breakfast included (waffles, eggs) Nice base for visit to Holland or passing through on a road trip. Checking in and out was easy. Would certainly stay here again.

There are only 4 tables in breakfast area although there is a lot of space (maybe still Covid-related). We ended up eating at the grass outside, which was fun in the summer, but maybe not so great in other seasons.

The breakfast was good. The dining area was kept clean.

I was not pleased that I was charged a $100.00 deposit upon arrival😕 In all the travel and many stays at numerous hotels I have never been charged a deposit. My credit card was originally given to hold my room and then asked for again for the deposit. This is really unacceptable. I won’t stay again if I find I must do this. Still waiting for my $100. to show credited back to me.

We were happy to see full breakfasts being offered again after the COVID-19 cutbacks. Check-in was quick, and the wi-fi worked well. The location is convenient.

The scrambled egg food product was acceptable, but nowhere near as good as fresh scrambled eggs... especially after we saw the employee place a large plastic bag of yellow liquid in the microwave to prepare it. On one morning, there was no sausage, and when there was some, it was "okay," but clearly not top quality. The view from any given room is rather dull; some creative landscaping might help.

Nice hotel, very clean and nice staff. Close to everything and very good breakfast options.

Only thing I can complain about is the people in other rooms were very noisy really early in the morning. Doors were constantly being slammed and a guy had the hotel cart for luggage in the hallway and kept hitting the walls and the doors but this was in no way the hotels fault

I don't like the fact they take a $100 as a security deposit, if you pay it on your card and it passes inspection they return it in 3 buisinesses days, if you pay cash you get it back the same day only when the manager shows up, what if you leave before the manager shows up you don't get your money and they issue a check in 2 or 3 weeks I oppose of this practice, it's unfair and impractical no matter what they have your money and your at there Mercy

The price is what motivated us to stay here, but the facility was clean, the staff was very nice and while not located in the center to town, it was easy enough to get an Uber to get there. It is centrally located on a major road, but far enough off of it for a very quite stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was near all the attractions in Holland. It was really close to a busy street, however, that made it convenient to get places. They gave excellent suggestions for restaurants. We asked for rooms near each other and got them accross the hall. I should have asked for adjoining rooms. Also next time I will ask for a handicapped room for my elderly Mom who needs a shower. I did not ask until my Mother said on the last day she could not wash up. I asked and they said for sure next time if we state we need it, we can book their handicapped room. They also had a fridge and microwave in each room making it easy to be COVID safe by eating in!

Clean facilities, friendly staff, comfortable furnishings. I will stay here again.

We stayed on street side of the motel. I have read several complaints about the noise on this side and I can confirm those complaints are accurate. I would certainly stay at this motel again, but I will request a room on the parking lot side .

We liked the price, the location and the cleanliness.

The breakfast needs to be hot and they need to have someone replenishing the food and paper products. Make sure maid service cleans the room unless you have the sign out. We did not get fresh towels or toilet paper and we ran out.
