Quality Inn & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport

We booked a room that had an overwhelming smoke smell, front desk switched us to different one that was ready without any hassle. Breakfast was more than sufficient and they had more options than I expected with some different options over the 3 days we stayed. Service was also friendly and provided us a Mall of America coupon book for free.

Pool was clean but the surrounding deck had some ants that have moved in and a lot of loose gravel that hurt to walk on.

Rooms and lobby were clean. Staff was friendly. It was nice to have breakfast available again. Breakfast area was clean and inviting.

There was no guest laundry. And no one at the front desk knew where luggage cart was. They lost points when there was no offer to help bring my things to room. I am disabled.

The room was nice and spacious. Even though facing the parking lot, it was quiet. The staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was not ready on time. Most of the food was not out 30 minutes after it was supposed to be. Not even coffee.

The out side had junk cars sitting around the outside of the building. And stairway area inside of building smelled of marijuana

The room had an outdoor porch! Clean room.. Great hot breakfast! Great porch lock, prevent unwelcome guests.

The porch door handles needs to be replaced, It appears prior room guest spilled drink on night stand and failed to clean up, spilled drink. Bathroom heat light was burned out. Dated bathroom cabinet. Satellite TV was disconnected often.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacey.

The shower sprayed everywhere as it was broken and leaking. The view was of the dumpster.

Very nice lobby. Recently up-dated rooms. New flooring. Very quiet, even though it's in a busy area. Great location. Spacious room size. Extra charge for the parking.

Toilet flush didn't work well. We had to try multiple times for it to work.

The location was great for the activities we planned.

To no fault of the facility on our 2nd night someone was smoking Marijuana right outside the front doors and on our last night our entire level smelled strongly of Marijuana even though it was a non-smoking floor.

Bed was comfortable. Fridge was working. Breakfast was exceptional on saturday

Microwave was leaning to one side and looked too sketchy to use. TV was small and didn't have all the listed channels Bathroom was not handicapped excessable. Breakfast had no yogurt and started late on Sunday. Facility grounds were very run down.

Friendly check in clean and very spacious room wonderful bed and bedding

Handicap/disability room at the far end of the hall from the elevator I wish at least the coffee machine was on all day
