Staff advised me that my room was cancelled the day of check in after booking a month in advance. Nothing was said when called 2 hours ahead.Top it off the staff informed me that they didn’t have anymore rooms available. I asked her what i supposed to do now after driving 8 hours. Her response was I don’t know what to tell you!!

The big accommodating room. We were so comfortable, everybody had their own bed. We got some good rest. No smoking in the building was number 1. We smelled no smoke anywhere. Just fresh clean air and building. The staff was awesome on the phone and in person.
I had ants in the bathroom that stayed on the toilet. I informed the staff they sprayed, but we still saw them come back after a few hours. It was explained that they were coming up to the building from outside.

Very clean. Seems new. Great place to stay on the way to Orange Beach. The downtown area is close by and very cute. It is hard to find a place to fit a family of 5. Great hotel and great place to stay on the way to the gulf.

The most important things to me are a good bed/bedding, that it feels safe and secure and that it is quiet. We were very happy with the beds and had no issues with security or getting some peace and quiet.

Location was just off the highway. The room was massive. Would be great for a long stay and ideal for working professionals. It feels more like a studio then hotel room. Large fridge, DW, micro, plates, coffee cups, utensils…

I'm not certain if I have gotten my 109 deposit back yet as I don't see it credited. Also There needs to be a note for the 11 a.m check out as other platforms and areas of the location says 12

Food selection good considering Covid. Excellent room with complete kitchen. Full size fridge , dishes and Dishwasher. Liked the sliding partition curtain. Roomy baths with chemicals was great. Great staff.
Always love homemade selections at breakfast but Covid has killed that in the East.

My email confirmation through the site stated my check out time would be at noon; however, I received loud knocks on my door at 11:05 from a housekeeper advising my check out time was at 11:00. That was my only negative experience during the stay.
