Quality Inn Vicksburg

Stayed in room 105. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, all amenities were present and working. The outside pool was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast area was clean and choices were plentiful. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend

The only thing I can find to pick up is that the desk chair was very worn

Room was basic, but serviceable. Comfortable bed. Breakfast room had all chairs up, no use. Was offered a breakfast sandwich, or I could take from the available pastries and coffee. Fruit was badly bruised.

Hard to get to. You have to take a service road switchback to the site. Even Google maps had a hard time directing me to it. Nice that Cracker Barrell was next door, and empty (due to the difficulty in getting to it; my guess.)

very nice clean and comfortable and bfast was very good. Glenda really worked hard to keep hot items supplied during bfast.

the lamp shades needs to be changed. go to a sale and get atleast clean mix match shades and toss those dirty ones. otherwise your place is great.

Was very impressed with the quality of this hotel. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised they had a hot breakfast. That is a rare commodity these days in other hotels we have stayed at. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Fairly quiet, comfortable. I appreciated the pool and the fitness room with all equipment functioning. Breakfast was hot and delicious while being served with a smile! Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and helpful.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Every thing we need. Coffee maker, fridge, toiletries. Good hot breakfast. Close to the National Park, main tourist attraction in Vicksburg. Close to freeway. Close to restaurants, walking distance to a family restaurant.

I did not try the breakfast. Location was perfect! I only stayed one night, and was charged for two, from my bank account. The manager quickly resolved this for me as soon as she could. I will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

It was a NON SMOKING room (115). However, I could smell second hand smoke, and there were cigarette burns on side of the bathtub.

I am a merchant Mariner I work on thousand foot bulk carrier vessels on the Great Lake I needed to secure a room for my fiance while working on the Great Lakes Quality Inn management was more than helpful and making it happen for me. You don't know how it makes me feel to know that my fiance is safe. I believe everybody in management should receive some type of bonus for the professionalism, courtesy and effort they put forth to ensure that this customer and the customers fiance we're accommodated. I want to thank all involved from the bottom of my heart and wish you all a Merry Merry Christmas

I had no issues with the facility

Friendly staff. Clean rooms

We were unaware that bed changes were on Sunday and Thursday. We were told to pull the linen and someone would come change them. No one ever came. Towels and trash bags were left outside the room instead of inside. Bed was never made

The staff was very friendly. The room was neat and clean.

Was charged an extra $33 for my two little Pat. This is far too much for two little guys that do not mess up anything. I could’ve stayed at the La Quinta up the street with no pet charge. Some motels claim to be pet friendly when in reality all they’re doing is getting more money.
