Angel Inn - near IMAX

It was clean, beds were comfortable, the pool was in good condition and clean, and the whole property was in good condition and well maintained. We didn't get up in time for the free breakfast, so I don't know anything about that. The location was good, not too busy, and you could get to places. If I had to knock anything, it would be that the pillows were small and you only got 3, but other than that will the price and location, and cleanliness of the hotel were great. Definitely will be staying again and recommending

We were kept up most of night Friday night by people drinking and setting on stairs playing music and talking loud from 12 midnight till 4 am right in front of our room,when I reported it the guy came and told them that the person in our room reported them,and he left ,I feel he could have put us in danger buy telling them that because after that they beat on things slamed things for about a hour after that ,they were drunk,I feel it was handled wrong! And on Saturday we were setting at table and a roach crawled across the table,I reported that but all the ladie could say about it was nothing!!so that told me they don't care ! Other people were complaining too the next day,I don't think nothing was done about it!!

Our room very clean and the bed comfortable as well. The breakfast was great. We definitely will be back. Location was the best. Everything we were wanting to do was very close. Our stay was quiet!! thx

The only thing is that I wish we could of had an earlier check in and the breakfast was longer times, till 9:00 a.m. Made us rush and my family are not early risers. So earlier check ins and longer breakfast would be great.

I liked having three beds in one room so our entire family could stay in the same room. I also liked that they still have the AC unit under the window—the kind that you can make run all the time so it doesn’t get stuffy and you have white noise all night. I also appreciated that they didn’t get stingy with towels. the last few places we’ve stayed that are chain hotels, we had to request more towels to accommodate our family.

I don’t like that the doors open to the outside. this is something I didn’t pay attention to when I booked the room. The rooms are a bit dated, but was clean and comfortable.

Location was good and rooms were nice

Pool was dirty and the hot tub was not usable as it was gross and we could not use it.

Perfect room for us with 3 queen sized beds. Loved not having to be separated from my kids and them not having to share a bed. The room was very clean, the fridge was turned on before we got there so it was cold already. The air was already on so it was very comfortable when we walked in. Beds were very comfortable and the shower worked great. I chose light housekeeping during our stay, they did very well in keeping our trash empty and plenty of towels stocked.

Only complaint I had about this time, we were there for a 3 night stay. On the second day, my wife went down to get us more towels since they only do room service every other day, the lady at the desk was rude about and told my wife that’s the last towels we can get for our whole stay and to tell housekeeping not to bring any other towels. Never heard of a hotel limiting towels so that was disappointing

Friendly staff, Breakfast bar was good. We had a room with 3 Queen beds which was great for teenagers who need their own bed. Bed was comfortable, little firm for me, but even then we slept well. The refrigerator and microwave in the room were very helpful for us to bring back leftovers.

The internet didn't work. You could put in the WiFi password and it still didn't work. At first we didn't have hot water for showers in the morning, but when I alerted staff, they were very helpful and by the time we got back to the room it was fixed.

The room was clean and relatively large, the air conditioner worked well, the beds were good, and the breakfast was kept well stocked. The location was very convenient for us. And the staff was very helpful--a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

An elevator would have been nice to save us from hauling our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The orange and apple juices at the breakfast were a bit weak (watered down), and there wasn't fresh fruit at the breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and clean towels everyday. The breakfast was ok. I like my sausage brown and gravy a little thicker . Know you can't please all. Plenty of choices to eat. Waffle good. Juice was excellent . Milk and cereal. Something for every taste bud. Peanut butter and toast ..... Have told several people about Angel Inn near Imax especially seniors who need a flat ground ,can't pull that car door up hill..... Over all stay was excellent.......

Don't like white sausage. Want it brown....... but still taste was ok.
