Willow Tree Inn Branson

The room was very good, all except for 1front desk clerk the staff was all great. We met 2 front desk clerks. The morning clerk was great. The lady overseeing the breakfast was great and the owner was great.

My car being damaged at there hotel and them not helping me . Both nights of our stay my car was damaged, the 1st night the driver door was damaged, they reviewed the camera footage and said they seen nothing. The next night the entire drivers side was badly damaged. They said that we needed to file it on our insurance, there was nothing they could do.

Nice beds and bedding. It was really pretty clean. It has a pool, though small. It was pretty comparable to Branson's Best, (which was rated a 9.0 at the time I booked) except for the small pool and the fact that it's also an RV park.

The one staff I talked to was not the friendliest, and there was too much light that peaked in from the window curtain. These were not a big deal to us though. It was still a great value for one night. I recommend choosing a better pool for longer stays if you have kids.

We liked that we had a microwave and a refrigerator. With a baby, this came in handy.

The only issues we had were with the plug-ins. The outlet by the sink was very loose, so it was hard to keep anything plugged in. The outlet by the door didn't work at all and the outlet behind the TV was fully occupied with the TV and refrigerator. We only had 1 outlet to plug in 2 phones and bottle warmer and all other things needed for the baby.

We picked this hotel cuz it was close to Serenity Inn and we had our whole family there but our room at serenity inn was nasty and they were booked so we just walked over after booking threw booking.com. The hotel was very clean, the customer service knew what they were doing and very nice. Check-in and out was super easy and fast. Location was great not to far from 76. Close to IMAX theater. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, hard boil eggs, coffee, juice and 3 cereals and a large area for breakfast. Room was very clean and beds are comfortable. They only give you 3 pillows so if you need more bring your own. We stayed in a double queen bed room. They do have elevator but only on half of the property this is also a RV park too. Property was clean. The only issue I had was the pool was small and needed to be cleaned out, but granted there had been a family there for a long time so kids and hair was all over.

We have never stayed here, and I was a little skeptical. While the other motels in town were twice the price, maybe due to it being Black Friday weekend, I decided to give it a try. It was well worth the smaller price given! It was very clean and met all the needs we had! I always have to have cleanliness it is the must! We will definitely be using it again for last minute getaways and shopping trips!

I liked that fact that there was no carpeting. They have hard-wood floors which don't harbor dirt, dust & bacteria. I also liked the table with 2 chairs so my wife and I could both set up our laptops separately.

The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. Also, their toilet paper was quite rough (but most motels' toilet paper is the same).

Large room with very comfortable bed. The location was great for us! Right across from the IMAX and a few doors away from Golden Corral. We only had to drive a few miles to the Sight & Sound Theatre. I didn't realize that you had a full service RV park. Good to know!

No elevator just 1 very long flight of stairs to the 2nd floor. Older motel and had trouble getting card to open the front door.

Everything. It’s affordable. We really couldn’t find anything to complain about. Its easy to find, and it’s in a great location. Not far from anything. The lady that greeted us when we checked in was super nice and helpful. The office was clean and smelled clean. She gave us direction to everything we might need at our stay. Once we got to our room the first thing we noticed was a very clean smell, and a very clean room. It also looked like it had been updated recently. The beds were comfortable. All of the appliances and electricity worked. There was wifi. And the cleaning lady that came in and cleaned our room while we were out done a fabulous job and even sat my sons toys up nice and neat on the bed. And then the complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. Normally you get the basic cereal. But here, they had waffles, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, cereal, eggs, muffins, oatmeal, and all sorts of condiments. The room where the breakfast is served and where you can eat was also super clean. My favorite part about breakfast though was the EXTREMELY nice lady that prepares it all for you. She does a fantastic job, and she’s very kind and sweet and told us some places to check out in Branson, which we did. She also just adored my son. She is delightful. Finally, at check out it was super easy. The guy at check out was also super nice. All you have to do is turn in your keys and that’s it. It was all around a very pleasant stay. We are planning on coming back and making this our go to spot. Highly recommend!

My stay there wasn’t long enough lol

I came to this place because of a family emergency. Another family member recommended us to stay here. I thought all staff was professional and helpful. Considering what happened to my family, they were extremely helpful, supportive, compassionate, and understanding. Everyone treated us with respect and dignity.

There was one bed that was a little noisy (the springs) and the water handles to the sink were a little hard to use at times but these are extremely minor things.

The location was perfect. It wasn’t directly on the strip but very close to any thing you wanted to do. It was so much easier to get in and out of this hotel versus being on the strip. The older lady who is in charge of breakfast was very friendly.

The pool is seasonal. I wish they had an indoor pool or hot tub for winter months.
