Best Western Music Capital Inn

Breakfast was very good - biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, variety of cereals, muffins, apples, yogurt, variety of juices, coffee, milk; very large room with 2 queen beds, refrigerator, desk, couch. Nice view of downtown from room. Great indoor pool. Also have washer and dryer that guests can use. Also bought tickets for events at a discount in the lobby.

We were out of body wash in our room. Also could have used a plastic bag for our wet clothes. One elevator serves floors 2-3-4 and it was pretty busy even on a Tuesday and Wednesday. Had to take elevator down one floor to get ice.

clean, comfortable beds with lots of pillows, nice pool and spa, employees so nice and really seem to care— all of them, down to the housekeepers! I feel they are treated well, which makes me value this property more. love the mini fridge and microwave. close parking. decent free breakfast. absolutely no downside. will definitely book next time we hit branson.

It's was wonderful I loved the employees everyone was very nice! When I come back I will stay there definitely! Don't listen too the reviews too many Karen's leave reviews if you know what I mean . This is the place to stay ! Great rooms great breakfast great employees!

Nothing i loved everything

The breakfast was really good for what was available. The pool area was well maintained. The overall stay at the hotel was great. I loved the fact that the location is really close to everything.

Would have liked maybe just a few more options for breakfast.

We stayed for 3 nights and the staff was nice especially Joy who check us in on Tues. She is so sweet, kind and very helpful. They didn't have the service they provide the next day but due to covid you had to go get your items like towels, soap etc. at the front desk which was no big deal. They just made us put the dirty towels and trash bags outside our door. No big deal at all. The room was nice & clean downside was the bed it was not comfortable for me but the kids had no complaints. Breakfast was good ( I do wish they had a waffle maker, toast, bagels) but they had Eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, biscuits and gravy. coffee (yum) Milk, almond milk, Oj, Cranberry, water, blueberry and banana muffins (packaged), donut stick, honey bun and all the condiments. The lobby is so nice and clean. The saltwater pool was nice and heated. The hot tub had too much chlorine made my eyes burn and the 1st night we got there the hot tub it was a green color so I told the front desk and they fixed it the next day in the AM , the sauna was nice but not really that hot and they had a sign saying dont put water on the rocks & also it had a timer, the floor in the sauna was a little weird because it had a piece of loose board on the floor I am guessing because so no one would slip and fall if the floor was wet. Didn't get a chance to look at the shop they had there at the hotel but it looked nice also the shop could help you out with tickets to a show. We will be back here in our next trip to Branson!!!! We felt safe there!!

1. mattress on the Bed to me was to hard 2 hot tub water was green 1st night but it was fixed 3. the loose board on the floor of the sauna kind of not safe i think.

Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast bar was well stocked. The staff member who was working the breakfast area was so nice, engaged with patrons of the hotel, and wanted to be of assistance to us in any way possible. She seemed to be a great employee.

We had to get our own clean towels for the second night of our stay but I fully understand the shortage of available workers during this pandemic. I gladly asked for my own clean towels at the front desk. I wish that those seeking employment would take advantage of these job opportunities. We are in difficult times.

the staff was amazingly sweet, the room was clean. the property was very nice.

I wanted a jacuzzi in the room and I thought that’s what I booked I was mistaken. I was also disappointed the hot tub and sauna were out of order but I understand that is not the staffs fault. the only other thing we weren’t happy about is the elevator was constantly jerking violently and it was rather scary.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating and the beds were very comfortable and pillows were super soft.

The only downfall were that the vending machine and ice machine on the third floor did not work so we were having to go downstairs every time we needed ice or cold drink or snack.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great for all our activities. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was more than just cereal and toast.

The elevators were slow.

We stayed 6 nights and couldn't get room service, had to go to front desk for towels, wash clothes etc by the time we left our toilet looked likw it had mold in it, very discusting . I thought someone would at least come in and clean it after a few days.
