Cabins at Green Mountain, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Cabin had plenty of room, beds were comfortable, noise level was acceptable. Having two full bedrooms and bathrooms was great, the loft is okay and it does its intended job. There is a heated pool that we did not use, but we did see several others using it daily. The location is great, it's within 10 minutes of almost all theaters.

When we arrived the toilet on the first floor was not functioning properly, we also did not have WI-FI in our cabin. Let me say the staff did an excellent job of resolving the issues with the plumbing as they ended up replacing the entire toilet on the first floor. The internet was manageable as they allowed us to use the neighboring cabin's wifi. (The cable company was called and they were aware of the issues, and this should be getting fixed) Overall those were the only two things keeping our stay from being excellent.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The cabin was always very warm and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. It was also perfectly located in the heart of Branson, so we never had to drive more than 10 minutes to get to anything we wanted.

The beds in the bedroom were not very comfortable- too firm and very bouncy. If a person stirs on one corner, it is strongly felt on the opposite corner. The sofa bed was considerably more comfortable, which is usually not the case anywhere. Toilet paper was thin and rough, but that's to be expected at any hotel-type facility.

Loved the "rustic cabin" atmosphere. It was larger than expected. The rear deck was really nice. It was very clean when we arrived. Nice to have multiple TV's. Very comfortable!

It was advertised as 3 bedrooms, but literally is 2 bedrooms and an open loft. I am a real estate broker, so 3 BR's meant something different to me. There were a couple spiders, one in each tub, but we easily disposed of them.

The cabins make you feel like you are far away from the busyness and tourist attractions of Branson, but in reality you are still quite close. It was the best of boths worlds - a quiet getaway but close enough to not spend all your time driving. We only came for two nights, but the kitchen/laundry is well supplied with mini detergents and dishwashing liquid. Would be nice for longer trips with more cooking. Our porch looked over the river and was nice and peaceful. The jet tub in the bathroom and gas fireplace were very enjoyable aspects as I'm 34 weeks pregnant and dealing with all the uncomfortableness of that. Staff was very friendly and checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. The cabins aren't as "cute" from the outside but are wonderful inside! Would definitely return! (We did visit in winter so can only speak to that time of the year)

We liked everything about our cabin and stay, but some of the other cabins seem like they'd be less appealing for porch views.

The location was perfect! We liked that it "felt" hidden away in the woods with a creek and yet we were walking distance from the 76 Strip. The beds were excellent. Pillows, sheets and blankets were comfy. The furniture was comfy. We really loved the two recliners in front of the tv. Probably our favorite thing was the screened-in back porch! We spent a lot of time on it just observing nature and relaxing! The rocking chairs were comfy, the picnic table was very nice for meals outside and the hot-tub was a treat at night to relax. It was very important to us that our porch face the woods and not people. We LOVED that!

Honestly cannot think of anything we did not like. That is rare! Just wish we could have stayed longer.

They were exceptional and fast when you needed something. Answerd your texts fast and were very friendly. Asked everyday how things were going. Best cabin we have ever stayed at. We would definitely stay there again.

Check in was a little slow on Sunday because they had so many units to get ready for the next groups. They're a little under staffed in cleaning just like most hotels are at this time. Got us in cabin as fast as they could. Everyone trying to check in at same time.

Close proximity to the western end of Hwy 76 and the Shepherd of the Hills Expressway made getting around easy yet it still had a “secluded” feel to the cabins. Perfect for our weekend away.

Be aware that the drive through the entire property is 1 way and pretty tight. I got through with my full size 2019 Ram 4 door but had to watch a few spots that were pretty tight but that’s the only “negative” and it wasn’t too bad.

I liked everything except the master bathroom didn’t have a vanity, it had a sink with no counter so there wasn’t room to put all our stuff and I had nowhere to put my makeup bag. I had to put it on the bed and go back and forth to get stuff out of it. Also I wore black leggings and when I sat on the furniture I got either dog or cat hair all over me. My daughters allergic to both so we had to cover all the furniture in sheets.

Our cabin exceeded our expectations! Fully stocked with everything that we needed and small touches that made a big difference (laundry basket, measuring cups, plenty of extra trash bags).

This wasn't a big deal for us but there is not a second hot tub at the smaller pool as pictured so we missed it when venturing out of

The cabins are very spacious with a big open living room/kitchen and even a small dining room with gas log fireplace. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots/pans, and gadgets that we needed including a coffee maker, can opener, and toaster. The living room has a large flat screen TV and opens on to a screened in porch (no exit from the porch- so excellent play area for small kids). Both bedrooms in our unit had king size beds and flat screen TV’s and both bathrooms were tub/shower combo with the upstairs having jetted tub. Each cabin in this large complex is a separate building that is 2 story. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. There was a chair lift available to make it accessible. Staff were very attentive and checked in by text to make sure everything was going well. Check out was easy.

My ONLY negative on this property was that the furniture and downstairs mattress need updating. Both were hard and not very comfortable. With that addressed, this would be a 10!
