Quality Inn & Suites - Jefferson City

The hotel was clean at check in, the room was nice and clean, much bigger than I expected. The young lady who checked me in was really nice, there was a girl the next morning that my friend encountered several times who was really really nice to her, she even went beyond expected when we realized my friend left her charger in the room at we checked out and the girl ran up and got it before it could be thrown away. I did mention her being such a great person to the lady checking us out-she didn't seem to care.

The lady checking me out was just past the line of rude, the cleaning guy trying to get us to leave before 9am even though check out wasn't until 11. Bed was hard as a rock. My friend found out that the people who own the franchise are not very good employers for there staff. The pool has been down for several months with no expected date to reopen it.

The night clerk at the desk was exceptional! She took time to answer questions, and was very helpful! Her name was Abigail.

We asked for a late check out, and were planning on a 12 o'clock check out. While getting ready, and packing, changing clothes, and one person was in the shower, housekeeping knocked on our door, and quickly tried to open it. We had the hanging sign that said Privacy Please, and the flip lock on. He was VERY RUDE when he was told that we were not ready to leave yet. This was at 10:15 am in the morning. Much earlier than the 12 that we were promised.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The pool and hot tub seemed to be less than clean the water was not transparent at all. Very murky and the hot tub was full of small children doing cannon balls.

I was desperate to get hotel in or near Colombia for my son's graduation. I couldn't find any except this location. So I thought it would be horrible. It was very nice. Easy and pleasant check in. I wish I was staying more days.

Friendly staff and very clean rooms

Handle to the hot tub is broke and the jets never came on after trying to press the button. The King size bed could be a little softer and not extra firm.

Nice clean room free from cigarette smell. Very quiet.

The pool was being worked on which was disappointing. There was no fan in the bathroom. Lastly the fridge wasn't cold so you couldn't put anything in it.

The lobby was friendly and inviting. The agent was friendly, though she had trouble finding our reservation, it was fine. I liked being able to park near the front door. The coffee was good.

Our room was not as cold as we would have liked, though we turned the air conditioner down. The breakfast was disappointing, hot food would be nice.

The room was nice the place was very clean

The breakfast wasn't what I expected for a continental breakfast and the jucuzzi wasn't hot it was Luke warm

Staff was amazing one of the ladies on the night shift checked on me and was sooo sweet after I had to have an ambulance come get me!

Wish the breakfast and pool was fully open that was the only downside. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

The staff was particularly impressive. I needed early check-in due to a medical procedure I was having. It being a 2 day procedure. They accommodated. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Quality Inn Jefferson City just moved to the top of my list of hotels to stay at when I come to the Capital City.
